Rowenta 1725 Watt High Precision Focus Iron is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 124.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not pleased This iron is very heavy. You have to refill it too often and you don't see how much water to put in it. The instructions are not clear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Steam setting leaks all over I waited until the red light went off and had the steam setting on, and when I use it water comes out all over. Horrible. And the directions are pictures, not words so it doesn't tell me if I am doing something wrong or not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rowenta Iron I have always purchased rowenta irons from qvc and have been very satisfied until the purchase of this iron. The selections o. The dial are so "light" I have to use a magnifying glass to read it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG! I purchased the iron on QVC 9/29/18 I received it yesterday 10/3/18. I couldn’t wait to plug it and try. I wear a lot of “Sunday” shirts and needed a good iron. This is by far the best iron I’ve purchased yet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Much Time Spent Refilling If you iron as much as I do, you would spend the majority of your time refilling this iron. I bought it as a gift. I was helping my son move into his new home, and was ironing his curtains and bedding. I never thought I would have spent so much time refilling an iron. That’s two Rowenta irons I have purchased in the last 3 months. I will be searching for a new brand. I’m not giving it a third chance. It’s really a shame. I have used Rowenta for over 20 years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need to iron out some details on this one As I poured water into the reservoir, I couldn't see where the water was or whether it reached the (maximum fill) line, because the iron is so dark, you can't see in the tank. Also, this iron is heavy. After ironing a few minutes, my forearm was sore. I like the company and will probably send this one back and find another one that isn't so heavy and has a clear cover over the reservoir so I can see how much water is in the tank.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Iron itself is fine, but..... you cannot see how much water is in the iron! This is most annoying! What I did is use a measuring cup that came with a previous iron that shows the amount of water that is being used and when I took a flashlight and figured out when it was full, I marked the measuring cup for future use and now I use that amount and know that the iron is full. To refill while you're using it,however, is still guesswork because it is almost impossible to see the water level even with a very strong light! I don't know if the iron is worth this amount of trouble! I had read the other reviews and had been forewarned but ignored them. Such is my regret. I gave a 3 star rating only because the iron itself works well. Otherwise, I would given less stars because of this very annoying problem of not being able to see the water level!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Refill/Refill/Refill In doing ironing/touch ups for the week, I had to constantly refill the reservoir. Then I had to wait for the iron to reach the proper temperature again. This happened SEVERAL times before I finished ironing. Also, it's next to impossible to see how much water remains in the reservoir. Would not recommend this iron to anyone. I had a Euro Pro for 10+ years which I rarely had to refill before I was done with my weekly ironing. Unfortunately that model is no longer available.
