Rated 1 out of 5 by poor quality purchased 11/2015. Its now 7/1/2016 and iron does not work-no electric power. It isn't an iron I use all the time. I have another Rowenta I alternate with. 07-01-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Love this iron, makes ironing a breeze. Now I iron everything, steam function is great too! 06-04-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by best iron ever I always wanted a Rowenta Ironing with it is a pleasure, the tip of the iron goes right in the hard to get places. 05-09-16
Rated 3 out of 5 by Broken Mine arrived with the decorative plastic piece broken off. Didn't even plug it in before sending back for a new one. Who puts unnecessary plastic on an iron? Weird. 04-24-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Makes Ironing Easier I have an older Rowenta purchased from QVC years ago. It still works but I was impressed by the number of holes on the sole plate of this newer model. It works wonderfully on 100% cotton and cotton blends. Good on silk, too. It’s not heavy and removes wrinkles quickly. My only complaint is the water tank. Description says 300 ml. According to Google, 300 ml is 10.14 oz. Tank on my iron only holds 8 oz. which requires refilling every two items. It’s a minor inconvenience that brought rating from 5 to 4. 04-03-16
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not what I expected It is a light and comfortable iron. To steam clothes hanging up, it does not work well. Not enough steam and have to wait too long for another burst. 02-28-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Powerful This arrived the very day my old iron died and had to be thrown away! The power is great especially for wrinkled cotton shirts... My only concern is that it is heavy to use, could have a retractable cord and needs a larger water supply tank..it seems to last for only a few shirts before it needs refilling. The steam and spray features function well and performs better than expected. Rowenta appears to have the ironing task perfected except for the few suggestions listed above. I am satisfied with this purchase. 02-16-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Iron Ever! I must say, I never considered paying this much for an iron, but I now consider this is a lifetime investment, and SO worth it! My past irons have all been bought at thrift or department stores, as I had no idea there was really any difference. After watching the T.V. spot on QVC, I saw the BIG difference. I will now be going through my closets looking for clothes to iron, but until then, it makes a beautiful display item on my wash machine! Thanks for such a great product, and making it affordable to all of us! 01-25-16
