Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never saw a bloom These Lillies never grew, or flowered. I keep a balcony of flower boxes, and this one was a total due.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from one flower but 5 lush leaves From what I understood, the flowers came up BEFORE the leaves. Well, I did get one flower, which reminded me of an allium globemaster, but the rest came up as lush leaves, NO FLOWERS!! That's it, I'm done with ordering plants from Roberta's. ;-(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow to bloom, but what a show! Got these last year and put into pots, gave one to my MIL and waited. Both of us had forgotten about these lilies and after a few months, rarely watered or thought about the pots they were planted in, had set it aside off of my deck. Finally, in late July, a small sprout was showing and then suddenly in late August we both had beautiful red balls of beauty that lasted for over a month. Was so worth the wait and have ordered more and fingers crossed my old plants will come back again this year after wintering them in the garage. How I wish I were in zone 9 to be able to safely grow these beautiful tropical plants in my gardens. Be patient if growing for the first time...I was sure my bulbs were dead but mother nature surprised me. Will be sure to take great care of new bulbs knowing they are late bloomers the first year. Am sure if I had not thought they were dead, would have been much more beautiful with care and water!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Plant I ordered this plant over 10 years ago from Robertas when I lived in Kentucky. There I would bring the bulbs inside during the winters in the pot. In th summer it would bloom around the 4th of July! My very own fireworks! Now I live in Florida so the pot stays outside year round. They now bloom earlier than July but the blooms are spectacular. The bulbs will multiply like daffodils so you can share with others. If you love gardening, you will love this plant!
