Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it.... I’ve had this ring about a year now an I still haven’t had it put up, I use it in my house an I love it. I just wish it gave you a choice on recording times, like 30 45 or 60 seconds, other than that the color an night vision is very good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ring video doorbell Well very easy to install EXCEPT I HAVE VINYL SIDING AND I COULD NOT PLACE MY DOIRBELL IN THE USUAL VERTICAL POSITION SO I INSTALLED IT HORIZONTALLY WHICH MAKES THE VIDEO HORIZONTAL Then it uses up all my data on my phone because I do not have unlimited data which cost me big once I found that out. So check these two issues before buying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as advertised Had high hopes for this product. Am extremely disappointed. Even purchasing the chime pro has not improved reaction time of unit. My home is just over 1000 square feet and WiFi mere steps away from my unit, yet it has not worked as shown on qvc since installed. I sincerely hate this item. Additionally, no matter how I adjust the motion range the unit continues to track motion well beyond range I set. Viewing has been delayed from the start. So pretty sure I will never be able to speak with anyone at my door. And to add insult to injury service was just disconnected despite the fact that the dismal service I paid for has not expired. Pretty sure I will not sink any more time, energy or money into this “system”.

I’m connected with the internet and when I’m at work I can see when people are around my yard with the motion sensor and when someone rings the doorbell. I can even see across the street when my neighbors are arguing! LOL. I’ve had to reconnect the chime a few times but that’s ok. It’s a great buy with no regrets! Easy pay made it more convenient too! PS I only paid $30 for a years subscription and the motions and doorbell rings record 30 seconds each time. I can always look back or share with my neighbors on the Ring app who also have ring! Yay!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ring does not stand by their warranty! I have 2 rings. The first Ibought over a year ago and it works good - in the winter it drains a little faster. So I thought why not get one for the back door. It is summer so the battery should last as long as my old one 3-4 months but it doesn’t - just a month. I contacted them right away on a Sunday and the tech spent a good amount of time updating the firmware, troubleshooting, etc. She isn’t sure why it is doing that but said to recharge it and if it keeps on happening they will replace it. Well that was the JOKE. When I contacted them they gave me the runaround via email for a month and end with both units are fine. The old one works fine the new does not and they are not going to do anything about it. If you purchase one hope that nothing goes wrong.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Worked Right! Imagine the sound of ringing bells all through the night! Well, that's what this thing has done.....every 2 to 3 hours....over and over! This thing has NEVER worked right. The first time I bought the one but had to wait about 2 months for a friend to install it. I later bought another (more expensive and supposedly better (NOT) one for the garage door so I'd know when packages were delivered. That thing NEVER worked. The front door one kinda sorta works (when a squirrel is walking on it)...swear to you. I don't just dislike this thing, I detest it. I'm sending it back whether or not I get my $200 as a good night's sleep is worth $200!
