Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ring I brought Ring for a Christmas gift I set it up It will not stay charge. Found out if the Temperature gets below 40 degrees it will Go dead. I am very unhappy with it. Yes I Live in Kentucky and yes it gets colder then 40.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sad Sad I did not realize that after a trial period you lost all your recording. Now I have to pay if I want that service. No longer can I see what happened at my house at work as no recording,. SAD SAD SAD. I really liked it. Even though the delay. Helped the police once with it. But no I can not. This is a big thing should have told us several times during the demo. You got the impression that was free. I dont rem. The protection plan. Mentioned. I wanted all my kids to have one but now not so much as have to pay for services. Dont know what to do now. Now just a door bed and a pricy one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Misleading! When I bought this ring doorbell it was my understanding we had an option to pay to keep videos in the cloud for $3 a month. But when my FREE trial expired it is now $10 a month. But way too late to return the ring back to QVC. I am so upset right now I could scream! I would have done the $3 a month but $10 is ridiculous! Thanks QVC for selling something I cant even use anymore!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from need subscription I have one of these - everything works wonderfully in the beginning - then bam - after three months they deluge you with messages that your "ring protect plan has expired" and "your videos are not being saved".......unless you pay $30 a year......The only thing you get after three months is if you're fast on the draw to see who's there immediately when Ring notifies you on your iphone - but if you're not quick enough you won't see who's there! - I bought a Blink indoor that I've had now for few years still going strong with NO subscription service needed. I'm going to keep the Ring on for "faux" security and hook up an outdoor Blink so I can see who's there walking up to and standing on my porch - AND it videos as long as they are there - it doesn't cut off - and SAVES your videos for up to a year

I have deliveries or I will walk up onto the porch and it sends absolutely no alert. When it does alert you, you can't view the video for up to 3 minutes....maybe it takes that long to download.....the person is long gone by then! As my Title states..."Do Not Waste Your Money"....I am sorry that I did. If I could rate it a ZERO I would.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Can’t get it to work for more than an hour. Waited too long to send it back. Ring customer service keeps directing me to the same useless videos and articles. Upgraded my router and internet speed and have a small house. Still doesn’t work. Got more expensive than it was supposed to be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed Very dissapointed we were excited when we received the doorbell worked for awhile now it works one day and the next day it doesn't call Ring and the said our wifi wasn't strong enough we checked with our cable and they said it was ok our car was broken into and we thought we had the thrives on video and guess what it didn't work that day but worked the day before and the day after. We keep calling but no one has any answers for us will never buy another Ring product again........
