Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product - Easy to use I ordered this product for my kitchen floor. I am leasing a house and the kitchen floor is 18" light grey shades of tile. The grout was dark grey and black until I cleaned it with a steam cleaner and brush. Then the grout was concrete color. The grout was very porous. I had used this product or a similar one sold on QVC about 10 or more years ago and it worked great in a small bathroom. I ordered this in the white-only color available. I did the kitchen over a three day period, because, though the product is easy to use, the work is not easy on the body. I used four of the six, one didn't do well, dry. But, fortunately, the first one did alot and easily and smoothly. Shake for 1 minute, push to prime, don't press hard. The kitchen floor looks great. I had someone in who was working on a bathroom and he thought the floor was new. I do recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Purchased 4 of These I purchased 4 sets of these to do my kitchen floor grout. I then found out recently that our local family hardware store sells these for less than 1/3. Some helpful hints using these pens for tile grout: A. Clean your floor very well before starting project. B. Hold the pen at a slight angle to get a straight line with even coverage. C. You will need to shake and "prime" the pen throughout entire process. D. When you are through, you then need to spend about $34 & up (depending on the size of your floor) for a "floor sealer" so that you don't have to it again for at least a year or two. E. If your grout is extremely porous, you will need 3 times the pens for even coverage. F. The process took me about 8 hrs. for our kitchen which is a newer home with small area because our grout was very porous. Hopefully, this will give you some insight into what you are going to experience. I do have to say that after it was done, the floor is absolutely beautiful now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT PRODUCT At first I was hesitant to buy it because I thought the pens were going to be smaller than what the picture shows, but the picture is true to the size of the pens. My kitchen tiles look like new and my hallway and two bathrooms and I still have two pens left. The tips fray but they're reversible. I'm glad I bought this product-- it is worth the money.
