Rated 5 out of 5 by NEVER DISAPPOINTED! I got this set for my granddaughter and I knew she would love it! I have gotten Reed & Barton for all my grandchildren.... this is something that they would never buy for themselves since they are still young adults! 10-08-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good everyday stainless Overall this is a good product. The photo shows them with sort of a "flat" silver finish and that is what I wanted. However, they are very shiny. No bother, they are good looking. Also, I like a very heavy utensil; these are on the lighter side. No bother, they are fine for the price. I do like the design of the handle; plenty of good space for a monogram if you so choose. Overall, this is a satisfactory everyday stainless set. great price for what you get. 09-21-16

Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't Bother I had silverware for over 25yrs that my sister collected by saving boxtop points. I was sturdy and functional and dependable. But I wanted something new after so many years and saved the other set to give to my daughters some day. I felt the Reed and Barton brand was reliable and pretty. I honestly can't recall when I ordered it - it's been about 6-7 years, maybe, but they are rusting at an alarming rate. In addition, the fork tines are bending as are the knives. A HUGE disappointment. I am a nut about washing my dishes before they go into the dishwasher and drying anything that might still be moist after the dry cycle, so I'm not sure where the rust is coming from. I'm somewhat comforted to see similar comments from others. Let me also add that I buy kitchen products from QVC a lot and am most always delighted, so this was a surprising disappointment. I see that you now are carrying other vendors so you must've been getting other negative feedback. 08-05-16

Rated 5 out of 5 by Even better then I expected!!!!!! I bought this to replace a set that I bought 1 year ago from another manufacturer and online retailer. So far it is much better! I know that does not sound like much but the last set I got at the same cost was the same 18/10 but half the weight and frankly was pitting after a month. I have been using this set for about a month and this set is heavy, thick and seems like it will hold up for years. My last Read and Barton was 30 years ago and this feels like the same quality. My 30 year old set is still wonderful, but I was missing so many pieces that I needed to replace it. I am so glad I took a chance on this set. I read the other reviews and am not sure that they have the same set I do as this set made it through the Frozen Ice cream test in my house no problem and looks great! 03-20-16
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not good product I have purchased 2 large sets of the 18/10 silverware and it has rust spots on it. I also have a new dishwasher. So it has nothing to do with the Dishwasher or the detergent I use. I also pre wash all my dishes and I don't leave them sitting in water. I don't leave my dirty dishes sitting in the sink either. I bring all these factors up so I'm not being accused of mishandling the silverware. I guess there won't be anymore Reed & Barton for me! 03-17-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed After seeing the demonstrations of how heavy duty Reed and Barton is, I decided to go for it. My old set had seen better days, but was high end. In comparison to my old set, all the spoons are about two inches shorter and I can bend the Reed and Barton. My old set was so thick, it was impossible to bend. This set is not what I expected. 02-29-16
