TOO SALTY
The prime port strip steaks taste as though they were brined in a salt solution.
While they are tender they are very salty. Again Rastelli's has found the need to salt the products. Please remove the salt from the pork strip steaks.
Remember there are people that are salt sensitive.

SOOOO GOOD!
The reviewer who said they taste like pork chops is correct, but they also taste the way pork should. Dont seem to be filled with saline and other brines. can be cooked from frozen many ways. I broil them in quantity, but I have also fried them. can bread them ,or serve with gravy or plain. wish they were a little less expensive and on auto delivery.

Worth every bite!
These pork NY strip steaks are so moist, tasty and easy to prepare! All you need is a little spraying oil in a pan, 1 minute on each side and then cover for 6 minutes. It didn't needing seasoning either! It is worth the price. I am going to try the pork prime steak now on "auto delivery" and I NEVER buy anything on Auto Delivery. Another plus is that it is FREE shipping and I live in Hawaii! So worth it!

Better than grocery store meat counter
Thought I would give these a try since I have bought other Rastelli products. Pleasantly surprised at the quality. Juicy and tasty. Nice change from what I find at local grocery stores.

First time order of meat.
This if the first time I ordered meat from QVC and I was pleasantly surprised. I am not a great cook but even I could not ruin this pork. Delicious taste, not chewy. I would recommend to friends.
