Rachael Ray Cucina Nonstick 9" x 5" Bread & Meatloaf Pan is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from NICE FOR BREADS, NO INSERT I don't think this pan is described correctly-there is no insert in the pan. The pictures of the pan do not show an insert-the description is written incorrectly. It is definitely non stick without cooking spray. Bakes breads well and they slip out without sticking-the description needs to be rewritten. The blue on the handles match my kitchen-baked bread at 375 degrees and blue grips didn't melt. Washes up quickly by hand. I didn't want to send it back only to get another pan with no insert again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Insert, Twice! I really want this pan. First one arrived without insert. Imagine my surprise when a second one has now arrived also without the insert. What is going on? Wish you offered the copper chef, Eric's, meat loaf pan. I may just buy it from the website and forget this one. Haven't decided yet if I want to try receiving a third one. Afraid the insert will be missing. I ordered the pan because I wanted to be using it. The pan looks nice. Just wish they could get their act together and enclose the insert.
