Good purchase
I was searching for purple dishes. I came across these on QVC. The picture is a lot deeper color than they are. But, the description does say Lavender, not purple. But they were the closest to Purple. I have Temptation bakeware, but didn't want the pattern in the dishes. Needless to say, once I received them I like them. I would describe as dusty Lavender. I like the size and I love the deep bowls, perfect for soup and cereal. I can see how the unglazed ridge on the bottom may be a scratching issue. I'll try the steel wool suggestion someone said. I think there should be a product to apply to the rim. For now, I'm just careful with them.

Love these
Several years ago got these to replace my everyday use set. Still not a chip in any single piece. I had another stoneware set from large department store that cost me a lot more and nearly every dish chipped, even in the dishwasher. These are banged all over the place and still no chips and nothing has broken. We have cucina bakeware and love it, too. Absolutely not a chip anywhere!
To me, a low rating because it arrived broken is on the shipper, QVC, not on the maker. I don't think that reflects the quality of the stoneware so a low rating for that isn't fair to the quality of the product itself. These don't even have any scratches on them from being stacked on each other. Just a wonderful quality.

Husband approved
We had dinner at a friends house that has a set and my husband loved the shape of the especially the bowls (for his ice cream). We immediately came home and ordered us a set. Now most of my festa Ware is in storage. I am sure I will be back for an additional set. Love the cream with brown accent. Can’t wait to see how it wears compared to the festa ware.

Great quality
Very nice set of dinnerware but I ordered cranberry red and it was more of a rust color snd not the color online. It’s great quality nicely made but I really wanted the cranberry red color and had to send it back since it was not true to color. Might search for something else another set
