Rachael Ray 12" Porcelain Enameled Cast Iron Skillet is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size This pan performed perfectly when I recently cooked pork chops. I like the fact that even though it has a cast iron inside the outside is a hardened texture that is lovely to look at and easy to clean. It can be put on the table and not feel like it is a plain skillet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed it. Love it! I needed a large cast iron pan so I could make all the brilliant sauces that go with meat and their bits. This made me a better cook.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cast Iron skillet RR cast iron skillet does exactly what Rachel Ray said it would do! Beautiful crust evenly cooked on your steaks. I received my pan last night and cooked a fabulous steak dinner for my husband and myself! What a difference from the old generation of cast iron pans. Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad bad bad I purchased this item 1 week ago everything sticks on it even with a lot of oil , not good to fry and its two heavy to use on glass stove. Also the the pan has several deficits on the bottom surface.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What is this? Very perplexing cookware..doesn't behave like enamel or cast iron, though it does weigh a ton; big mistake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I knew the interior was enameled, so I'm not mad I read all the angry (rightfully so) reviews before I bought this, so I knew I was getting a pan that was enamel lined on the inside as well as the outside. I've used it a few times and love the performance and heat conduction. I wish the enamel lining was thicker on the inside, because it actually looks like raw cast iron, and it a bit rough like raw cast iron, so I could see how easily someone could be fooled and ruin their pan, especially if they follow Rachel Ray's directions for cleaning it in the video. If the interior lining would have been thicker I would have given it 5 stars. I love the red color, it matches pretty well with my Martha Stewart enameled cast iron pieces, so that's a plus. I love the Clementine color and would love to get it too but my kitchen is just too small for another one of these, because I can't stack them due to the enamel interior. Still, LOVE it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Soooooo disapppinted I very excitedly bought this pan because I had visions of making frittatas and going from stove top to oven. Unfortunately used it exactly 3 times and everything stuck to it. So I followed the directions to wash it as instructed and when it dried, the black enamel had peeled off and now the concern is did My family and I consume it as I scraped the food. Sooooooo disappointed. The only good thing about this pan is that it is so pretty but otherwise would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Skillet! This is a beautiful skillet. Even my real cast iron sticks a little so don’t think twice about buying this one. This is a beautiful skillet and does clean up easy. Just love it.
