Haven’t had the umbrella for 2 weeks and it already broke !!! I called customer service to see what they will do and was told I would need to “find” a box to ship it back in. No, unfortunately, I did not save the box that it came in. Never expected it to break within 2 weeks and I haven’t even made a payment on it yet !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK !!!

Disappointing Purchase Long Delivery Time
Item showing that it was shipped May 21st UPS still have not received it. Not able to speak with Customer Service, only voice recordings. They should at least email customers with item update for delivery since they can not speak to you.
