Keep Your Money/ Don’t Waste Your Time!!
Wow, I bought this item in January 2021 and as of March 2021 this piece of Junk isn’t operating in a proper manner. I failed to read the reviews ahead of time because of my faith in QVC, so it’s my fault for that blind trust. So Please read the reviews to avoid paying the price me and many others have paid. This piece of Junk is Loud, pieces are rattling around inside, I’m afraid to even use it anymore. It didn’t start out this way. So, Please, Please Keep Your Money for another product. Thanks for hearing me out.

Piece of junk
Wow, I thought this would be a great tool to have after workouts, etc but it literally lasted 1 month! It's loud, absolutely does NOT hold a charge and now the port where the heads are changed has fallen into the machine and permanently broken. Just in time - no warranty coverage. The website is pretty sketchy as well. No answers there. I have a handheld unit from another company that is going strong at 10 years! I love QVC but you need to RUN as far away from this company as you can.
Just an inferior quality device all around.
