Rated 4 out of 5 by from They Work and the Water Tastes Very Good! Don't get the bad reviews. They work, the water definitely gets flavored and they are sturdy. You fill the infuser center with whatever fruit, veggie, herb, etc. you want and screw it into the lid. Make sure the lid of the pitcher is completely screwed on tightly, then drop the infuser basket into the center and give it a turn until it locks in place. It won't click or anything but it will stay in place. Then, snap the lid closed, make sure the top piece/lid is screwed in place tightly and give it a shake. Use the sink just in case you didn't do it right and some water leaks. Not a big deal. Let it sit in the fridge for a bit and it will take on the flavor of what you use. We have used citrus, strawberries, pineapple is awesome (fresh!), and you know what is really great with this? Twinings Cold Infusion "tea" bags...add 2 to the infuser basket and some other fruit if you like and it's great. We are using Watermelon, Mint, Strawberry now. The price was good and we shared one pitcher with friends. If you are trying to drink more water, eat and drink better, this will help. Plain water and even just lemon water was really getting boring!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Um, no... Bought these because I enjoy drinking fruit infused beverages. While yes, you can infuse, the pitcher itself is quite a pain to work. I appreciate that it is leakproof (tested with peach iced tea), dispensing it is next to impossible to do without dribbles, which renders the leak proof aspect moot. For some obscure reason, when you do the half turn to pour a beverage, it pours out the side of the pour spout. Thinking I was all smart, I turned the lid a little bit more to align where it was pouring from to the actual spout. Didn't work. Still dribbles. Because of this issue (and it happened with both containers, however one seemed worse than the other), I can't give it a good rating. The concept is nice, but if you make a mess using the product, you shouldn't sell as leakproof. They would have been returned, but the shipping costs were too cost prohibitive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An Okay Item I got these pitchers in lime and love the color. Getting the infuser basket to lock in is next to impossible. Getting the lid to work is next to impossible. Once I got it all assembled it held a lot of water and fruit, but after waiting a few days to infuse the water tasted like tap water. I used them once but plan to try again when I have time to fool with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from To big ! These pitchers are very big and I couldn’t even get them into my refrigerator so that means I have to return them. They didn’t look that big on the TV and I really wanted to use them ! Elena Gullo

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Liked everything about this pitcher.....except one thing......the lid will not screw onto the base. That one thing makes this pitcher useless. Back it goes....another expensive mistake.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Functional but very cheap These are OK. I bought two sets and shared with my three daughters. We are all big water-drinkers, so thought this would make it more interesting for hot summer weather. They are OK, and you can add quite a bit of fruit in the infuser. The lid and pour function are a little annoying to position, and I think the pitchers are really very cheaply manufactured. Lo-grade plastic with rough edges. Not impressed in the final analysis. If the fruit is left in for more than a day it gets really mushy and falls apart. No details included on recommended time to remove fruit from the infuser. One fillup max apparently, and empty by end of day.
