Plow & Hearth Art Glass Fruit Fly Trap is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 50.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Work for me but with modification This is working very well for me but only after I removed the stopper. It fills up every couple of days. Much nicer than using plastic cups with mixture. Only reason I did not give it four stars is because well at bottom needs to be deeper.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't work I love the colors and idea of having something pretty on my counter to catch those pesky fruit flies, but this didn't catch them! I found this tricky to fill - you fill it from the bottom with an opening in the top. The well around the bottom hole is not very deep so when I filled it a lot of the vinegar came out the top hole even though I had it tilted. This product is really a waste of money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute I was excited to get this glass container until I look at it up close. The hole up on top was very rough , I thought maybe it was broken. But I wanted to try it out and chose to ignore the craftsmanship. I chose the blue one and the color scheme is very pretty. The theory of catching the little critters in this seems like a clean easy way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beauty without function During harvest and canning of garden goodies, fruit flies are a problem. I hoped I had found the answer in this lovely creation. I mixed up the bait solution and filled the reservoir (with some difficulty, I might add), but caught not a single fly! We tried other mixtures, but it simply did not work. So, three stars for beauty, although there would have been five stars if that is why I bought it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad buy! Followed instructions for solution, does not attract fruit flies as claimed, just set on window sill for decoration as glass is pretty. Bad buy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dumb fruit flies in Maryland I was really excited to handle my annual gnat problem in an attractive way. Even bought one for my mother. I think we've caught 4 flies. They just sit on the outside of the glass. I don't think they can figure out how to go in through the bottom hole. Disappointing!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have a no-brainer formula Instead of soap and vinager, I use straight up cold Sake'. The little bugger's Love this!! They fly in and die...
