Gave as Gifts
I ordered these and gave them as Christmas gifts to my millennial sons. Upon opening them I explained what they were and I could see they thought these probably were fake. I use the one I bought for myself especially now during Covid. My one son told me early in the Pandemic he googled and saw this device really works so he is happy he has it. Encouraged the other to do so also.

Fantastic idea. Use for more than phones
I have had this for 2 years. No problems at all. I use for my phone, credit cards, drivers license and money. I know how dirty money is. Retired from banking after 30 years. I know it can't get rid of everything, but any amount is better than nothing. I also purchased 3 of these for gifts. All are still working. I will definitely purchase again when necessary. Don't know if it kills COVID-19, but UV is supposed to kill viruses. By the way, I use at least 4 - 5 times a week. When I get home, in goes the phone, keys, any cards I used.

Didn’t Last
Received in December 2018 and now it no longer works.
The bulbs cannot be replaced making this a disposable item when they burn out. It wasn’t used frequently from December to March so I am disappointed in its ability to work. There’s no way it spent the hours advertised.

I got this 11/9/18 and now it is not working! Does not clean that great but I did use it everyday! Sad!

I love this product. I have had it for approximately two years without any concerns or issues. I'm waiting for Laurie to put this back on QVC
so I can get a couple more.

Not long term
Purchased October 2018, died May 2020. So, not a long term solution. I rated it "No" for recommending to a friend because it didn't last, but liked it while it was working. . I don't know if it kills corona virus for sure or not anyway, so perhaps time for an upgrade.

Great purchase, the new ones are even better.
I bought one several years ago and love it! I actually just bought one of these as a gift for my daughter and the new ones are even better. Too bad they don't sell them on QVC. You can buy them on PhoneSoap's website. I used the code Washedup and saved 10%. There are other codes out there as well. I think I'm going to pick up a new one for myself. It gives me more piece of mind now than ever before.
