Rated 1 out of 5 by from Phone Soap disappointment Bought two of these items for Christmas gifts. My sister works in a hospital and thought this would be a good item for her along with one for my husband. the plug doesn't stay in the outlet on the unit and the plug will come out if you move the unit even just a little. They are now not working at all. Was hoping this would be a better quality and yes I did see the Shark Tank show! I think that the only thing that doesn't work is the plug connection but after talking to the customer support I was told that they would all be the same so I didn't reorder it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Phone cleaner I purchased this cleaner in a good will to keep my phone bacteria free. I purchased it also as a gift and took it overseas..... It caught attention of ALL checking procedures, being x-rayed several times... But what most gets me, that this unit makes my phone act on its own. When I put it with charger in and close the box all of sudden the phone picks randomly a number and dials it as face talk. Cannot be stopped. I have to take it out and totally power off the phone. It can be cleaned only if powered off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PhoneSoap - Great Gift Idea (& treat yourself) These make a great gift for anyone. They sanitize and keep down germs that normally come into contact with your hands and face. They're very nicely made and the colors are beautiful! I purchased both the periwinkle for myself and the pale gold for my husband. He and I both use them frequently! I'd recommend them for use as often as you use your cell phone on a daily or semi-daily basis (depending how much you use your cell phone). I use mine a couple of days a week. He uses his everyday. Clean as needed to cut down on nasty germs. It makes a nice gift for anyone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Odor after use I thought this was a great idea, after all who doesn't hear about how cell phones are full of germs? Even though we have to rely on their word that the phone soap actually sanitizes, I was sold on this product...until I used it. When the phone soap finished its cycle, I took my phone out and my otterbox case smelled like it was overly hot. Fortunately the phone still worked, but I was afraid to continue using the product so returned the two that I purchased. Great idea, but needs further improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone Soap My whole family loves our new phone soap. Phones are covered with germs, it is comforting knowing we can clean our phones and kill germs so easily.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not sure I ordered two of these, one white and one black. The white one I gave to my kids and everything seems to be on the up and up with it, but how do you really ever know it does what it says??? We kept the black one and first of all, it came with an off-white adapter, which just seems weird and is ugly (shouldn't it be black?!), and it doesn't fit snugly into the unit - in fact it falls out. Seems almost gimicky to me because one really never knows if it does what it claims.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lighting Damage to Case I purchased the phone soap because I saw it on Shark Tank and began using it immediately (iPhone 8+) and felt good about it because it was a product backed by Lori (who I love!) and trust her products. During the demo they said it was big enough to use with a case so I purchased a Ted Baker case that has a light gray vinyl cover and began plugging my phone in at night as my regular routine until yesterday I unplugged it to find down the center of my new case is a yellow stain (top of case and back of case) that was caused by the phone soap lighting. Evidently the light from the product was intense enough to stain the vinyl on the case. Sadly I have stopped using the phone soap and will return it. QVC committed to refunding me the cost of my new case as well which I really appreciate it since it was purchased from Amazon. I will continue to buy Lori's products and hopefully they will see this and understand what the issue is and is able to resolve it in their next release or clearly state that it works with only 'some' cases.
