Enjoy an energetic and challenging workout in the comfort of home with the Revolution Cycle Pro II. It features an innovative tension knob that allows for full control of both the flywheel and the difficulty level, from beginner to advanced. The machine boasts the feel of a road bike, with adjustable forward-positioned handlebars and racing-style pedals; but unlike road bikes, the flywheel does not continue to spin if the rider stops pedaling.

You can pedal forward or backward during your workout, and even make adjustments in saddle position and handlebar height mid-exercise. A two-way adjustable seat post allows for a more complete and versatile routine, so you get the most out of every workout. From Phoenix Health & Fitness.

As always, please consult your personal physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.

Take a realistic approach: If you work consistently and follow the program, you maximize your results.

  • Direct drive resistance system: pedal forward or backward during workout
  • Tension knob: allows user to regulate workout intensity; resistance levels are adaptable for beginner through advanced
  • Emergency stop brake system
  • Heavy-duty brake pad resistance system with oversized, center-pull brake pads controlled by the tension knob
  • Chrome-finish saddle mount: vertically/horizontally adjustable; can drop down to work the inner thigh; allows for additional legwork when working off the back of the bike
  • Adjustable seat/handlebars
  • 45-lb balanced flywheel
  • Heat-treated axle
  • Alloy pedals with toe clips
  • Chain drive enclosed in durable drive guard
  • Front wheels for easy transportation

Phoenix Health & Fitness 98623 Revolution Exercise Bike Pro I is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from It Would be great if... Nice bike and it would be great if it had a left pedal. I put the bike together and the pedals were going on last. I cut open the package and there was only one pedal. I looked through everything and there was no left pedal. My package was delayed due to a train derailment so maybe that's why it has a part missing? I'm going to call the manufacturer to see if they can send me my pedal. Shipping this back will be cumbersome but I can't keep it with no pedal. I can't use it. Quality control needs to improve!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This bike ROCKS!!! I recently purchased this bike base on the other reviews and took a chance and boy I am completely blown away! This bike rocks! Delivery time actually came earlier than expected and the UPS guy was nice enough to help me with the box (its heavy like 125 lbs) no damage. The assembly was very easy and I did it myself in no time. The body of the bike came already assembled so that helped alot. Since I'm a first time spin cycler I purchased some accessories on amazon - gel seat cover, padded bike shorts, bike floor mat, universal IPad holder for bike and spin cycle DVD for beginners. The accessories do make a big difference and I'm on my way to a tone bod! I highly recommend this bike as its very reasonable in price and well made. I'm a happy customer! Thanks QVC for the easy payment as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST bike i have come across After a total knee replacement, I HAD to get a stationary bike. I must use it 2 to 3 times a day for the rest of my life or end up immobile permanently. This is THE best bike out there. You will need a new seat, I went to my local bike shop and got a really big, comfy seat, and an additional padded seat cover. Cost an additional 100 bucks, but now the bikes actually comfortable! While I still hate getting on the bike, I LOVE what it does for me. Get this bike, you will have no regrets

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 'Bull' the Bike What a 'rock' of a bike! It My 5 year old calls it 'The Bull'. (Smart girl!) I am a 6' 5" ex-college football offensive lineman and need very tough equipment or it dissolves. The action on this massive super-heavy flywheel is smooth as glass. I've broken crank shafts off before spinning like a madman in the gym and I can tell you with no reservations that this is a quality piece of equipment built to last. This bike is awesome! It is REALLY heavy and stable. Not easy to get up or down stairs. We took it out of the box in the backyard. I could not be more happy with this purchase! QVC THANK-YOU! One heck of an investment. I have to say I LOVE this item and my wife says I am a very hard 'sell'. The ONLY modification I needed to make was the pedals. I used to time trial and tour on a road bike and have fancy shoes that clip in. This bike comes with one sided 'rat-trap' strapped pedals. To improve a spectacular product they could replace the pedals with the double sided pedals that you see at Spinning Class. One side 'rat-traps' straps and the other side has the clips for the cycling shoes. Compared to the $1500. Spinning bike I was going to buy this bike is FANTASTIC VALUE . I am more than happy to shell out $40.00 for clip pedals. One other item I need to point out is that the toe clips are 'Medium' sized. I think they fit a size 10. My feet are 13's so the toe clips needed to be changed for when I'm not in my Sidi clip shoes. These are minor gripes. I KNOW quality spinners as I've been around spinning for 17 years at least and have a $4800. road bike. This bike is a bare bones model with no gadgets but my Polar heart-rate monitor takes care of all that anyway . One other item to know for us big people. There is a 275 limit on the bike I was not aware of when I ordered. The front rollers make the bike somewhat manuverable. It is so heavy though that it is not exactly easy. I'll update this review if I'm allowed to in 6 months and let you know how my pet 'BULL' holds up. I am sure it will outlast my lifetime. The flywheel friction pads can be ordered direct form the factory that create friction for the flywheel. I find the saddle comfortable but I am used to these kind of skinny saddles. A padded covering may help some people. One final thing. Do not forget to get the serial number form the outside of the carton. I cannot seem to find one on the bike itself but I'm sure I'm not looking in the right place.. You will need it if you need to call customer service. Buy this bike! You will not be disappointed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but not Perfect I love, love, love, love this product. The sit for this cycle however is torture. 5 seconds on it and my butt was sore to the point where i could not continue. I found a seat cover to help out and the one I got was no better. Still looking for a good one. The other draw back is that I can not get the sit to stay still. It twists and turns up and down depending on how you sit on it but in my 3 full workouts on this thing, I had great results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy duty The bike is heavy, solid. It was very easy to put together, took my 14 year old daughter and I about 15 minutes. It's actually easy to maneuver on to the wheels so you can move it somewhere else. By just turning a knob, you can have a lesurely, long ride or really make your muscles work. The only drawback, the seat. You can adjust it to tilt more forward or back but it's still very uncomfortable so I ordered a larger seat that is easy to slip on from Amazon (the seat has a five star rating too). We expect to put a lot of miles on the bike.
