Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Toothbrush with 6 Brush Heads is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 77.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for those with gag reflex I have a strong gag reflex. I brush my teeth twice daily until I throw up. I have to be knocked cold for dental work. So if you are one of those who have a strong gag reflex, this review is for you. I had been using an electric toothbrush with the smallest spinning round brushhead to minimize movement in the mouth to not trigger the reflex. It was still difficult to reach the back teeth, but at least I was brushing! I also tried a water pik, which also triggers the gag reflex. This is so much better!!! The brush head feels narrower in the mouth and is able to get further back in my mouth. There is less noticeable movement as I slowly move through my mouth. I am able to get between 3-4 quadrants before I am forced to quit (because of this, I try to start in a different place each time I brush). I am able to even brush the inside of my back teeth, however very quickly, which was impossible before. Teeth are now cleaner with Sonicare than using previous methods. I bought this because I was concerned about my back teeth, as those with a gag reflex often loose the back teeth due to poor brushing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems One of the reasons that I even purchased this product was the rebate offer that was included on this TSV in November 2018. Part of the QVC promotion which the hosts enthusiastically talked about! Two months later, I am still trying to get that done. First off, the rebate form was not in the QVC box, which is what the QVC hosts claimed. Specifically, customers were told that this form would not be in the Sonicare product box but in the packing box. Well, I contacted QVC customer service and was told to contact Phillips customer care. I did. They sent me a rebate form via email. Which was useless to me at the time because I did not have a home printer. A few more calls later, and they were suppose to mail me this form. That never happened. Fast forward two months later. I now have a printer. I contacted Phillips customer service and asked them to email the rebate form to me again. They actually refused and told me to call QVC customer service. Nice customer service. Fortunately, I was able to find the original email. I read the rebate instructions which calls for the original dated receipt. I no longer have the original QVC packing slip, which by the way did not list the price. So QVC just emailed a copy. Wonder if Phillips will accept this? So this saga is not over yet. Lets just say I'm not holding my breath. As for the toothbrush itself, I would say its fair. The settings are faint; you can't tell when it needs charging until it just stops working. I've had to charge it multiple times in the past two months. It is loud. It seems to clean your teeth. However, after comparing other models at the local Walmart, pharmacy and online, I'm not sure it was worth buying this on QVC even for a few extra toothbrush heads and a glass cup. Buyer beware.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it. I bought this because my BFF has been using and raving about hers for 10+ years. I've been using this toothbrush since it was delivered in mid-November 2018. It took some getting used to with some of my dental work, but now it's fine. My teeth feel really clean, and I appreciate the timer function because the reminder allows me to do something else in the morning (like read) while also spending the proper time brushing and brushing each section adequately. I bought it in pink, and I love seeing it in the morning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, recommended purchase My dentist told me I was applying too much pressure when brushing my teeth and it was affecting my gum line. Purchased the Philips Sonicare for myself and loved it so much, bought one for my sister. I call it "idiot proof" as it beeps when you should move onto the next quadrant in your mouth when brushing. The head is small, so you are not overloading and wasting toothpaste. My mouth and teeth have never felt so clean. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Cleaning Experience I love the clean of this toothbrush, however I have a question. Can the toothbrush remain in the plugged in charger everyday? Can it be overcharged? The only downside is that you have to cover your clothes with a towel while brushing unless you want to be splattered with toothpaste residue. For me, it’s worth the clean feel after brushing. QVC, please answer my question about charging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Is Awesome Kicking myself for not getting the better deal from Qvc. I got mine on Black Friday. Shame on me. Anyway, I brush at least 3-4 times a day and get cleanings 2 x s year but still had an issue with plaque. After one brushing 95% of my plaque was gone!!! Plus my dentist told me my sensitivity in one part of my gums was caused by my brushing too hard causing irreversible gum damage. That should not happen with this toothbrush cuz it tells u if u r brushing wrong. My teeth have gotten much whiter too. I Love this toothbrush. Only negative brushes r pricey but worth it.
