Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fiery! If you love fire opals you'll love this ring. It has four distinct colors: 3 red, 2 red orange, 2 orange and 2 orange yellow stones. The different colors each match the like color stones. The band tapers from the width of the larger stones to narrow at the bottom. It's solid, not hollowed past the stones and is very comfortable. It looks like a tiara on the finger. My stones are eye clean and very sparkly. It is now my favorite fire opals ring!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed Just received this ring really should have payed more attention to the other ratings. IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I have been this disappointed in anything. The color is way off compared to the fire opal's I have gotten from Mexico and the price even further off guess I'll take another trip to Mexico. Needless to say this is going back

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED I just received my ring today! The size of the ring is great, the colors of the stones are just not pretty or bright! It is hard to explain the colors in the ring. The colors are much lighter than the picture or video. Sadly I will be sending thie ring back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Should Have Listened to Other Reviewers My ring arrived today, and as soon as I saw it, I knew I should have paid attention to other reviews. Gold weight is light, but acceptable. The problem is the fire opal stones and (especially) how they're arranged. Quite a few yellow, citrine colored stones are in this ring, and they're oddly placed among light and dark orange stones. There's also no fire in these fire opals. Back it goes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wanted to love it..... but just....didn't. I've wanted a fire opal ring forever. I thought this was THE ONE, but it was just.....ok. I figured for nearly 600 bucks, it should WOW me. It didn't. And I wasn't thrilled with the fact that it's made in China. That's probably why it fit just a tiny bit smaller than my other size 7 rings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Opal is my birthstone and I have been looking for a fire opal ring for some time. Love the style and mix of citrus hues like the other poster stated. Simple and low profile. Checked out many stores in Mexico but found nothing like this. Also I trust QVC and their quality. So happy it's offered in 14K gold.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fire opal I am disappointed in this ring. While I love the design, I do not like the color of the stones in this fire opal ring. The darker stones are of orange color, not red and the lighter stones are like citrines. I can see a couple of stones are a bit cloudy. I expected the color to be more on the red side than orange. The color of stones shown on TV and the presentation is on the red side. That's not what I received. As soon as I took the ring out of the package I immediately knew I will be returning it. It looked more like one of my hessonite garnet rings than a fire opal ring. Very disappointed. The ring is going back. I can only recommend this ring if you don't mind having orange fire opals instead of red. And, I gave two stars for the design. No stars for the color of the stones.
