20 peanut butter sandwich cookies (Nutter Butters or similar), finely crushed
3 Tbsp melted butter
1-1/4 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup coconut flakes
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter in a small bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9'' x 13'' baking pan. Layer the peanuts, chocolate chips, and coconut over the crumb mixture. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until the coconut is golden brown. Allow it to cool completely in a pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
