These are great! I don’t know why any negative reviews. There is some squeak but it isn’t unpleasant. The Italian is like eating the top of a pizza! Very Keto low carb friendly.

Squeaks when you chew
I got the original. I like the initial flavor. I do not like the texture in that it squeaks when you chew. I can't take it. Also don't care for the aftertaste. I would not recommend or buy again.

Oh, It’s Good But........
It does squeak and THAT I can’t handle - makes my teeth grow. The flavor is good but I’m a “ texture” person and can’t do this.

Very good
This is a "fun" cheese. By that I mean you can put it in a pan, heat it up and it doesn't melt all over the place. Then cut a nice chunk off and with a good cracker it works out well. Good flavor but a little high priced.

Tried these for the first time and absolutely loved them. Works great for a quick snack or as we used them for an appetizer. The Chipotle was out favorite!. Will order again.

I like...Hubby, not so much
I like the rich, buttery flavor of this product. Hubby likes the flavor but not the texture, which he describes as rubbery, even when heated per the instructions. I can say that it doesn't seem to stay spreadable for long, but I just cut it into cracker-size portions and dive in. If there is a trick to maintaining the heated consistency for a longer period of time, I would love to know it. Of course, bless my heart, it could be this old Southern cook who is at fault.
