Poor product
One of the phones quit working after the 30 days.... replaced the chargeable battery, etc. didn't buy the protection plan so I'm stuck. Will not buy Panasonic again.

Couldn't be happier
I love that this little jewel announces who is calling, a phone number, or even 'invalid number'. What on earth does that mean? Sorry, just had to say that. I get so many junk calls. It is such a relief to have the calls announced while I screen the calls. Had it over 2 1/2 years now. Very, very pleased. Great investment.

Excellent 2 line home telephone
Panasonic makes superb products.
I am 75 and thus appreciate the well lit handsets, the 50 number storage , and clear sound quality.
The instructions are clear making the phone easy to set up.
The speaker phone button is at the top of the handset, not the bottom, so there is no chance of hitting it while talking.
There is no static or interference from my computer which is in the same room.

Garbage!
Sound quality is horrible! When there is background noise the sound cuts off and you can't hear the other person!! Also, I found out, to my dismay, that when the power is out you can't even access your contacts! I needed to look up a number in my contact list and it said "no signal from base", what does that have to do with anything! How many of us remember phone numbers anymore?
