Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cooks Ok But a BEAST To Clean If I’d known it was this hard to clean I never would’ve Ordered it. Even used Brillo pads awful. I hate to use it for fear of the cleaning after.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy ; ) So far I have used the air fryer, slow cooker 3 times, and the baked functions, and I can tell you that I LOVE THIS OSTER TOASTER OVEN!!! It's the BEST slow cooker i've ever had, and I have 3 Ninja multi pressure cookers. I am very HAPPY with this!!! : )

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Happy With It Overall I haven't used all of the functions yet. It certainly is attractive. I just wish it had come with some cooking instructions like times and temperatures for various things. I am still experimenting with that. I don't need recipes necessarily, but just a guide for various air fryer times and temps, for example.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hoped I'd Like This Oven Preheat mode won't turn off and show timer counting down. Trips my circuit breaker constantly when set at 425° on bake. Lowered temp to 350°, climbed up to 400° plus. Have the older model, works ok, always have to adjust time and temp. Too late to send back, or I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OSTER APPLIANCES ARE MADE TO LAST I HAVE A PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS XL TOASTER/CONVECTION OVEN. IT IS 7 YEARS OLD AND STILL GOING STRONG, I AM PASSING IT DOWN TO MY GRANDSON. EVER SINCE I KNEW OSTER MADE A RED VERSION I HAVE BEEN TEMPTED TO BUY IT. THE COLOR INFLUENCED ME BUT OSTER QUALITY WAS THE DECIDING FACTOR. I LOVE THE AIR FRY FEATURE IT'S EASY TO USE AND THE RESULTS ARE FANTASTIC. THE INSIDE LIGHT WAS A MUCH NEEDED FEATURE. I FIND I LIKE THE FRENCH DOORS VERY MUCH. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND I CAN SAY I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE BEEN AN OSTER CUSTOMER SINCE 1972 WITH MY FIRST COFFEE MAKER. EVEN NOW I HAVE AN OSTER RED 2 SLICE TOASTER AND THEIR BEHIVE BLENDER WHICH I HAVE HAD SINCE 1985. WHEN MY DAUGHTER GOT A NEW PLACE IN NOVEMBER 2019 I FILLED UP HER KITCHEN WITH OSTER APPLIANCES.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Toaster problem I was very disappointed in the toaster function. You can change the number of minutes but it does not count down and it does not shut off or ding to indicate it is done. I have to use Alexa to time it for the same time on the toaster. Unfortunately, the toaster function does not count down and never shuts off. I have to be right there and shut it off myself. I wish it came with 2 racks. I can’t recommend this product and I would not order this brand again. There are a lot of bad reviews. Too much trouble to return so I will always have to watch the toaster.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like it but...... So far, baked a pizza, overcooked it so I will adjust the temperature. Broiled....perfect Slow Cooking....good BUT it POPS, loud noises. Already tossed the box. I am very disappointed in the manual. Should be in a booklet form.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Returning because of door design & heat loss I ordered the Oster XL Air Fry Digital 10-in-1 1700W French Door Convection Oven when it was a TSV. I haven't used a toaster oven in years, and was excited to get this multi-function oven because of its size - I loved that it would hold a 13 inch casserole dish. I used the bake, broil, and air fry features. The air fry was a disappointment. It worked on reheating with crispness some left over take out French fries, but took very much longer than expected. I'm going to contribute this to the amount of heat that escapes through the doors when using the oven. I know and trust the Oster name, so I quick to look online for reviews of not only this counter type oven, but those made by other manufacturers. It seems the heat escape is a normal thing. (Why is this ok? Seems like a well-accepted design flaw that should be corrected by the engineers). Ultimately, the main reason I am returning this oven is because of the double French door design. I cannot get past the fear of someday burning myself when reaching in or pulling something out of the oven. Where the oven is placed on my counter, pretty much the only safe place I can give it, given the amount of clearance it requires, is the end of my peninsula. I have to come at it from the side rather than from directly in front, hence my apprehensions. My plan is to replace this unit with one where the door opens downward.
