My elderly mother did not like the dear foam I sent her for mothers day. I called the company to ask how to return. They said just donate them and we credit and we will credit your account. Inn 66 years I have never heard of a company that does this. I live dear foams and will definitely buy from this company again!

perfect flat!
Excellent in every way. Fantastic comfort right out of the box. I usually wear a medium to wide width depending on shoe style. the slight stretch in the fabric made this a perfect fit. bought 2 pair and came back for 2 more! The fact that their washable is a bonus 1/3 of the price of other washable flats.. I am on my feet for most of the day, this shoe accommodates the slight swelling you get after a day on your feet.

Back of shoe too high
I loved the color of the 2 pair of shoes that I ordered, but when I received them I couldn’t wear them. They came up too high on the back and made a blister on my ankle. I tried to return but was told to donate them.

Perfect!
Comfy, attractive, inexpensive, and feet don't sweat in them. Have them in orange, which goes with more than I expected; now will get them in one or two other colors.

I purchased the flat for my mother who is 99. She loved the bright color and it was very different from what she usually wears. I may get her another pair. She can select the color this time.
