It does not come with a guide that gives sample meal choices, but instead comes with a grocery list and very little guidance. Don't contact Nutrisystem by email, as you will only get a non-reply response due to their"volume being heavy at this time". You will never get a email answer. The phone wait time is long. Some of the food itself is not bad, but know that your weight loss is predicated on a low-fat, high-fiber diet that generates alot of gas.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I really enjoyed this package. The only thing that I didn't like is all the bars. Wayyy too many. I'm ok with them for breakfast, but for me, I would rather more actual meals for lunch than bars. There were 8 lunch bars and 6 snack bars. The actual snacks (chips, pretzel, etc.) are much better. They taste great.Other than too many bars, the meal plan worked perfectly for me. I will recommend to others and purchase again. This is so convenient!

Makes my life so easy with the grab and go choices of this purchase. Since I was on the Fast 5, teaches me portion control, so I can have a sensible dinner and continue to lose weight without starving! Because of the great variety, I do not feel I am missing out on anything. I enjoy the bars as they are delicious and keep you full. Feel wonderful since I started Nutrisystem.

I like that all I have to do is add a few things to make this a complete meal. It teaches me what a portions size actually is. The food is pretty good and I've lost 5 lbs first week without trying.
