Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value I love the large pot and using the cooker is easy to use. I have had a smaller version for several years and loved it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its super amazing Top Cheft in making I have a 8qt slow cooker that is about to be curbside as she won't stay on, so I saw this gem on in the Kitchen with David my favorite host (one of my favs anyway) and I couldn't pass up the deal to try this out! The con's it is heavy and big - so not lightweight not something that you can easily move without a sturdy strong hand on it so to speak. So not like a slow cooker weight think heavy sturdy and something that you would keep on counter or in a pull out drawer cabinet where it is easy to get in and out Con's it is not something you can keep on slow cook longer than 9 hour so with that one must plan a bit more Con with the pressure cooker side manual or other function longest it will cook under pressure is 1 hour and 40 minute and then it defaults to 4 hour warm so keep this in mind need to plan out your cooking with this a bit more than say with an instapot scenario Pros: t he pressure cooker side of things it is cool - great for bone broth lovers like me (keeping fit and healthy a big part of my life so I drink bone broth everyday and wanted something to get it cooked easy and without the time of the slow cooker ' Pro it is beautiful will impress anyone that sees it (so if you are a foodie and love to have gadgets that look like they cost a zillion and impress those entering the Kitchen - this is the gadget to have Pro- easy to operate. I was afraid at first as grew up with mom and grandmother in kitchen and the pressure cooker dangers always lurking so with that I was uneasy when I first got it but once you read the intructions and get going it is a GEM GEM really amazing Pro - easy to clean the inside container slips right out I put in the dishwasher loved it shiny new every time not like the old fashioned slow cooker with the inside all crazed and ugly Pro- pressure cook lid comes off really easy for cleaning as well I was concerned about this but with unscrewing the little metal turn knob and a twist of the lid I was using the slow cooker lid and cleaning up the pressure cooker lid with no problem Overall you should love this - buy on sale as I did and give it a try! Here at the Q I felt good about it because I could return if I didn't like and I had some time to use it delivered to the door as well - love not having to go to the store and carry the big box back to the house Thanks David as well really fun watching you pressure cook away on in the Kitchen with D and enjoy Down Home with D as well !
