So disappointed since this was one of the first items I have bought from QVC, I had read a lot of the reviews beforehand but figured since it was for me, and I know how to take care of things, I would be fine. It seriously broke within 3 months. Please save your money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last about 1 year I bought 2 of the 10" NuVision for Christmas in 2016. I gave one to my daughter. Hers gave out around Feb/2018 after having it just a little over a year. Now here it is 4/2018 and now mine is going all crazy. They do not keep a charge for around 30 mins even if that. They will shut off while you are still using. Customer service is the poorest of service because no matter what you ask them you NEVER get a reply. It's like the company doesn't exist! I bought a little Gigaset (from the Q) in 2015 and it still works great. I think these tablets are designed to go bad just so we will buy more from them. I will never buy anything else with this name.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from UGH If I could give this -0- stars I would. I purchased two of these in December for my son and myself. My sons broke first, glass was not attached properly to the LCD screen and within 2 months the LCD screen was broken. NuVisions idea of a warranty was that they wanted pictures of it. I took the pictures then the tablet was thrown away. They contacted me 5 days later and wanted me to mail them the tablet. When I told them it was thrown away already because it was broke they told me they would not honor any warranty as, "it was obvious I didn't want them to have the tablet and see that the damage was caused by yourself". Mine then broke a couple of weeks later. Won't power on, won't do anything. When I tried to contact them again about warranty they refused to honor it, saying that I had already put in a warranty claim and was denied. When I tried to tell them I could provide proof that I had ordered two and they would see in the pictures that one was red and the one I was sending them was pink, they refused any further communications.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Costumer service I purchase the NuVision for my daughter. However, when she went to charge the tablet. It would not turn on. She tried a couple of times, and did not work. I have called and had gotten no answer. I sent an email and gotten an answer, and was told to send it to headquarters for inspection. But I have not received any information regarding about the tablet findings as to why the tablet is not working properly. Costumer is the worst. I would recommend not to buy.
