Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Stiff, wrinkles easily. Returned. I thought at 1000tC it would be really nice. It was the worst material ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TOTAL SURPRISE Skeptical. When I first saw the price, I was hesitant. Then I read the reviews which didn't help. I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. These pillow cases are the softest I have encountered. When they first arrived, yes, they were hard/rough and felt like cardboard; like a few of the reviews had stated. But after washing them they just kept getting softer and softer. The quality of these pillow cases is awesome and they are made to last. I love that they are thick! FOLLOW the washing instructions and they will 'break in' nicely. I have one set and because I find myself wanting to use them all the time, I just purchased two more sets and will be purchasing another 2 sets. 4 sets of new pillow cases; if they weren't GREAT, I wouldn't bother spending my hard earned money. Try one set...You never know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality This my second set . The first I bought last year. I was amassed with the quality of the fabric - nice ,heavy and thick. Landry is not a problem , lint is almost invisible . After several washing the fabric became soft . This is all best from the past . Thank you. Please kip this set available .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sheets! These sheets are an excellent quality sheet set. The only recommendation I have is that if you have a pillow top mattress, you'll want to get a size up. I have a queen mattress set that is not pillow top, I ordered queen sheets & my husband has to help me stretch really hard to get the sheets on. They do feel excellent on your skin!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highest quality and durability I understand the objections some have raised about these pillow cases. When I first got mine, I thought they were heavy and cardboard-y, too. I washed them, put them on the pillows. At first, they felt rough, but they break in quickly. Now I love them. A bit of fabric softener might help. Also, and I groan at myself for writing this, these cases were made to be ironed, just like in great grandmother's day. You don't have to, but I feel ironing would bring maximum enjoyment. I'm going to iron mine. (I can't believe I just wrote that!) I'm ordering my second set, and hope the white comes back in stock soon in the King size, as we use both standard and king. These are sturdy, highest quality cases, built to last. Buy them in white, press them up nice, put them on the bed with a charming quilt, and you will have a perfect country bedroom.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful just like the sheets Like sleeping on cardboard. Don't bother because they, like the sheets are not worth it.
