Best Muffin Tin Ever
This muffin tin/cakelet pan is nice and heavy. A little cooking spray WITH FLOUR (manufacturer called for not using regular cooking spray) & the muffins fall right out immediately after baking. Baker's Joy is a good brand; also Food Lion makes their own brand; may be some others. Because of their small size the cooking time is minimal. The cooked product is pop-in-your-mouth size; about 1-1/4" x 1" x 1" or so. I only got one pan, dumped it & loaded it up for the second batch. That worked well but you could also get 2 pans. Clean up was a wiz. I highly recommend this product even though I think it is pricey; it's worth it.
