Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Pan! I do not understand all the negative reviews on this pan! It is well constructed and functions exactly as the presentation showed. Using 3 lbs. of meat, it makes plenty for a family of 3, with leftovers. I don't always use the stuffing function, but when I do, I have no problem with cleaning the lid. I highly recommend this pan! 04-30-15

Rated 3 out of 5 by Too Small The concept behind this item is a good one, not allowing your meat to sit in the fat as it bakes, but it is too small to satisfy an average family of four. Maybe it will hold one pound of meat....maybe...and that's without anything you might want to add to the center. My family loves leftover meatloaf, but in this pan there will be barely enough for the actual dinner. It bothers me that I really need to order a second one in order to prepare a sufficient amount for a family of four. Then the price doubles and the item is too expensive for what it is. 04-20-15

Rated 5 out of 5 by Works as Demo'd Tony, Tony, Tony.... this thing is great. I asked my Wife to purchase this and tonight is the first time we used this. I purchased 1.5lb of Angus ground burger and 1lb of Italian ground sausage. Mixed it together and put it in the pan. Then stuffed it with chicken and portable mushroom raviolis and manicotti cheese. The Wife put lots of spices in the meat (no idea what, but they were great). Cooked at 375 for about 1.5hrs until it was 170deg. IT. WAS. GREAT. The kids came in and said they could smell it in the other end of the house. They said they loved it and really enjoyed it. 04-17-15

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Construction Just received my loaf pan today so I haven't actually used it yet but I was very impressed with the construction of the pan. It is definitely a heavier gauge pan similar to what you find in ythe better dept. or specialty stores. My husband can't wait for me to make him a stuffed meatloaf from one of the recipes in the little booklet that was included. I am considering buying more to set them aside for Christmas gifts. 04-13-15

Rated 4 out of 5 by fun in the kitchen I bought this for my 16 year old son for his birthday. He saw it on QVC and begged me to get it for him. He could not wait to use it when it arrived. I had to run to the store to by the ingredients. He had such a great time cooking and is looking forward to his next one. For me, I am very happy I have to cook less. 04-06-15

Not only does it perform well when baking a meatloaf, it's also a terrific pan for my Irish brown bread recipe and pound cake, cornbread, etc. Loved the recipes for meatloaf (the feta cheese/spinach and mac/cheese are my favorites). Directions for stuffing are easy to follow. Way to go, Chef Tony!! 03-22-15

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fun pan! Normally, I'm not a meatloaf person, but my husband likes it, so thought I'd try this pan. Used a recipe from the book provided, and it was the BEST meatloaf I have ever had. I used my own recipe for the stuffing, and it kicked it up a notch. Highly recommend to turn something boring into something spectacular. Will be trying some of the other meatloaf recipes for turkey, etc. 03-13-15

Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this pan! This is the only meatloaf pan, with an insert, I've found with enough holes to actually drain the fat! I can't stand a meatloaf sitting in grease! The plastic cavity maker is only a bonus, the quality pan is the star! Don't be fooled by the name on other pans, this one works! It's easy to clean by hand, or in the dishwasher. Even without any cooking sprays, nothing sticks to the pan. A little soapy water has it looking like new, with almost no effort! People, don't miss the chance to get this one. It also is wonderful to cook a small pork loin roast. 03-10-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best PAN EVER! Bought this pan for my daughter. I am handicapped and unable to cook. This is an amazing pan. The first night she put mushrooms and cheese in the middle section. Turned out great and the pan is as easy to clean as described. QVC keep coming up with awesome products! This pan did elevate a plain old meatloaf to premium status with the first use. Oh in the I would recommend this to: section there s not a space to click everyone. I just did moms but this is great and everyone can be a celebrity chef using this pan! Thanks QVC!!! 03-10-15

If your family is bored with the same old meatloaf, this is a really neat way to change it up. The lift handles made it easy to lift it out to a platter to slice. 03-10-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by WORKS GREAT!!! This works like it said that it would. I stuffed mine with a pound of premade pork sausage lined with a nice mild white cheese in the bottom of the cavity (not a soft but not real hard either, I love fresh Mozzarella but that usually leaks out too easily) last night and baked it in a little over an hour at 350 F (per Chef Tony's recommendations) and it came out GREAT! Looking forward to trying some of Chef Tony's recipes as well. This was just a first creation and it turned out almost flawless! I love the removable tray as it keeps the renderings out of your meatloaf. 03-10-15

Rated 4 out of 5 by recipes missing info After receiving the "Chef Tony" Miracle Meatloaf pan with recipe booklet, I was surprised that the first 5 recipes for meat loaf did not include any cooking temp or time for the recipes. The remaining recipes in the booklet listed all the information needed for fixing the recipes. I enjoy cooking and use the recipe information to guide me along, especially when trying new things. I don't know if this error has been identified by anyone else, but I would like to see it corrected and the missing information provided. I am always pleased with the quality of the products that QVC provides its customers and was caught by surprised concerning this one issue. 03-05-15
