Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice camera So far so good on this camera. I like it and the pictures taken so far are very nice quality. Wish the kit had the VR 70-300 lens like the 18-55 included. I would have paid the difference ($50) to get it Nikon.Shipping was UPS surepost, not a favorite in the least but it arrived by the estimated date. Packaging was not good with the camera just in a little larger box with some air bags in the gap. Nikon had it packaged well in the retail box so no damage seen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great starter to intermediate dslr I bought this about 2 months ago. I live in Alaska and shipping was faster than expected. The camera itself I think is great. My best friend is a photographer and suggested this as a intro to the world of DSLR. I have yet to learn all the settings but with the help of youtube I'm getting there. The lenses are what it says they are kit lenses. The 300 zooms in great with clear shots. I will be buying a better wide angle and zoom later for now this is still really good for the price. I saw a review here give it 1 star due to the snap-bridge. Youtube taught me how to set that up quickly, works like a charm. I'm not impressed with the video on this camera but I already knew going in that Nikon isn't as good w/ video as canon so it's all good. I take more photos anyway. I plan on using this a lot and if i learn more about DSLR and enjoy photography, I will upgrade and give this to my daughter who is also interested. But for now, it's mine. :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nikon Camera The SnapBridge does not work! I even took it to the Geek squad inside Best Buy and they said this is a known issue with the camera. I bought it for this feature so I'm horribly disappointed and returning camera asap.
