Netgear Nighthawk XR500 Pro Gaming EthernetWireless Router is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful Router For Smart Homes And More First off Netgear is the Nike/Apple of routers. This router will not slow down(atleast for next 5 years). So many features to name! Amazing wifi coverage is one to name. Its aging now with newer models on the market but still QVC got it for flex pay. Thank you QVC! If you have 5 or more smart wifi devices it can handle the load no issue others simply cannot. The difference is just not fair to competitors. Stay away from D Link, Trendnet, Linksys(was good years ago but changed to crappy parts), and the list goes on... TP Link is a good alternative but performance versus lasting quality leads to just about all Netgear devices to have the best of both worlds. The only downside is that if your internet speed is below ~100 mbps( what your paying for...) you will not be utilizing all the massive power the device can deliver. This is a essential buy for a smart home.
