Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK, but not the greatest I only use it in my house because I have to charge the batteries often. The picture is ok, but If you zoom in to see something, there is NO clarity, just a blur. You can't see facial features clearly. When I got the ARLO set with two cameras, the one has a battery issue. I am always having to recharge it much more frequently than the other one. In order to get it taken care of, QVC said I had to return the entire set for an exchange and I had already thrown away packaging. I didn't want the hassle of taking it all down and sending it in, so I just deal with it. Disappointed QVC wouldn't let me return just the battery or just the one camera for exchange. I use it mostly to keep an eye on my pet and kids when not at home. It is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. Could be better. I can't use mine outside because my wifi is at the front of my house and I want it outside at my back door. Poor wifi signal won't work on it back there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth purchase Battery life is not very long. We live in Arizona and thought problem was extreme heat but now that it is cooler, it is worse. Battery life is about 10 days. Cameras are not worth the money. Have spoken with customer reps a few times also.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Booooooooooo. I just can’t even recommend these to anyone, I wish I’d not ordered them and saved my money, time, and let down. I keep contacting tech support. The cameras will all of a sudden stop detecting motion. They work live, but won’t detect anyone walking up. So what’s the point?? I can’t watch them live all the time to make sure we are safe. Save your money and go with Blink. My parents love their Blink system. Wish I had it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Customer Service Bought cameras in April 2018. Just paid them off in October 2018. Cameras worked great for the first few months. One camera stopped detecting motion in October. Spent 2 hours online troubleshooting with a rep who said the camera was defective and she would authorize a replacement. 1 week later, receive an email that tells me they can't authorize the replacement until I've done all troubleshooting steps - which I already did online with rep. Went through all steps again, emailed back and told them no success. They sent me an email thanking me for my email and 3 weeks later no response. I send them an email weekly and never get a response back. I have been on hold for 25 minutes - #23 in the service cue! That's absolutely unacceptable! QVC should not sell this product because when it goes bad - customers have no support, the product is useless in 6 months and I am out over $300.00!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had since July and we LOVE this system We purchased this back in July and now will soon be charging the cameras for the Second time since we owned them (yes they have kept a charge this long) Have them aimed so we do not get random cars going by which I am sure has helped on the battery life. Anyway this system is GREAT works flawless and you can even 2 way communicate with UPS,FEDX,USPS or any others walking by near the cameras.. I would not hesitate to purchase this again in fact we will soon be adding 2 more cameras with the Solar panel option here soon.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from horrible battery It comes with 2 cameras and 2 batteries. After a few times charges, one of the batteries died quickly. I have to charge it every a few days(3-5 days).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arlo security system- Awesome ! Let me start by saying I feel the pain of the people that had battery issues and connection or buffering issues. Many people have slower internet and thus a bigger lag or buffering issues. Also check with your cable company many times they will slow or throttle your internet connection because the cameras are always streaming. This was my case. With all that said have had the cameras 6 months and love them ! Yes unrealistic battery life advertised, but I have to charge them once a month. No big issue batteries last way longer than my cell phone Lol. I travel and wife is home with our disabled son much of the time. The Arlo cameras give me peace of mind knowing that my family is safe while I'm out of town. With the phone app we are able to check our home when we are away via the Internet. We use a camera as a nanny cam, or if we are in our backyard we place the camera in front of our son so that we know exactly how he is doing while we are outside. Can't say enough about the product hope this review helps you with your decision Best regards .
