Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just okay Buffering a lot and not good when cold. They need to make a sleeve that is insulated. They need to work on battery that with stands heat and cold better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from horrible battery It comes with 2 cameras and 2 batteries. After a few times charges, one of the batteries died quickly. I have to charge it every a few days(3-5 days).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arlo security system- Awesome ! Let me start by saying I feel the pain of the people that had battery issues and connection or buffering issues. Many people have slower internet and thus a bigger lag or buffering issues. Also check with your cable company many times they will slow or throttle your internet connection because the cameras are always streaming. This was my case. With all that said have had the cameras 6 months and love them ! Yes unrealistic battery life advertised, but I have to charge them once a month. No big issue batteries last way longer than my cell phone Lol. I travel and wife is home with our disabled son much of the time. The Arlo cameras give me peace of mind knowing that my family is safe while I'm out of town. With the phone app we are able to check our home when we are away via the Internet. We use a camera as a nanny cam, or if we are in our backyard we place the camera in front of our son so that we know exactly how he is doing while we are outside. Can't say enough about the product hope this review helps you with your decision Best regards .

I have recharged each of the batteries several times without a problem, but now one of the cameras says I must replace the battery. The batteries on QVC are $70 each. This product was expensive enough that you should not have to replace batteries after 5 months use. When the other camera battery dies, I will be looking elsewhere, for a better product. Don't waste your money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! We live out in the country and these work great outside our house. So simple to get going and any questions..Netgear is great about assisting. We use the download feature and we like being able to disarm and arm them easily. That way if we are out mowing we can shut off from phone. We have had these more than 4 months and never had a disconnect problem. While away we have always been able to view weather or check out what is happening when an alert has gone off. The night vision works great and really have absolutely no complaints. Looking to buy more than the 2 cameras that we have!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed. Purchased these cameras and was very happy for the first month. After that cameras would not record and batteries would not charge more that 1%. E-mailed Arlo support but it took forever and a day for them to respond. Issue was never fixed. Very disappointed customer

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unimpressed The picture quality and night vision on the cameras are great. What is disappointing is what seems to be about a 4 second delay in the camera's relay. I wish I had opened the box earlier and returned the system back to QVC. Unfortunately, I believed the hype of the demonstration, and set the delivery aside until I was ready to mount them. Lesson learned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from BEWARE 4 months later 1 camera no longer works Support is heavily dependent on the "community". 1 camera still works fine and, for not being HD, has a great picture. The other works to let you see video if you physically select to view but does not alert for motion or sound which completely defeats the purpose. Have gone through the recommended steps to fix and no resolution so far. Not even an offer to send out a new camera. Disappointed. 3 stars for the still working camera
