Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed. Purchased these cameras and was very happy for the first month. After that cameras would not record and batteries would not charge more that 1%. E-mailed Arlo support but it took forever and a day for them to respond. Issue was never fixed. Very disappointed customer

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unimpressed The picture quality and night vision on the cameras are great. What is disappointing is what seems to be about a 4 second delay in the camera's relay. I wish I had opened the box earlier and returned the system back to QVC. Unfortunately, I believed the hype of the demonstration, and set the delivery aside until I was ready to mount them. Lesson learned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from BEWARE 4 months later 1 camera no longer works Support is heavily dependent on the "community". 1 camera still works fine and, for not being HD, has a great picture. The other works to let you see video if you physically select to view but does not alert for motion or sound which completely defeats the purpose. Have gone through the recommended steps to fix and no resolution so far. Not even an offer to send out a new camera. Disappointed. 3 stars for the still working camera

Rated 2 out of 5 by from THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING BETTER! I put these "on line" from the TSV not until 6/1/18 and less than 3 months later, one of the cameras is having issues already. It won't record anything or pick up movement, but you can test it and it does fine "live". The battery life is horrible on these. We charge them up every 10 days. Constantly have to climb up and take them down. Then, I got 2 sets and one charger cord is no good, so I am stuck with only one cord to charge 4 cameras! I heard Nest is good. Maybe we will try that one. This is a waste!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever I have had nothing but issues since receiving the Arlo Pro. The cameras are constantly offline. I have to reboot the base unit almost every 2 days. I have had to replace the cameras twice and have only had the system 3 months. If I could give it less than 1 star I would horrible system.

Tried to limit the recordings and now it doesn't record anything. Then I need to replace a batter already will call ARLO but if I have to replace batteries in 4 months this is expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This system is great I wanted a system that didn't cost the earth and this was it. I had someone install for me and also purchased a tablet solely for the security cameras. Pictures are very clear daytime and also at night. Well worth the money.
