Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WORTH THE AGRAVATION 1. For technology today it is overpriced. 2. If you have any problems at all, you will be dealing with people not in the US and where English is not their primary language. I have found that they also heavy accents. They do not understand you well and you cannot always understand what they are saying. 3. The customer support persons are also unable to help solve your problems. Most people put cameras on their properties because they are not there for periods of time. What part of that does arlo not understand. The only solution for everything as per the arlo support team seems to be remove your cameras and then start all over again with the installation. If you are away on cruise, or out of the state or country that is not possible. 4. My conclusion is that you are better off with an alarm system that can be fixed by the professional monitoring company via the on-line system.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Many Problems Worked for a few months and then picture developed a red tint. Contacted Netgear and they told me how to correct the problem.. A few days later problem returned. I now have to return the camera (and pay for the shipping). It appears this red tint issue is very common and has proved frustrating to many customers.
