Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Purchase this product I was so intrigued by the live show promotion several months back that I purchased this video system. It appeared to be very easily installed, monitored and with voice capabilities AND no monthly charge, I was set. I did let this sit in the box for several months, I didn't have anyone to help me install it (had to climb a ladder to get the right height), but finally installed this today. This went in relatively easy, the camera adjustments were logical and easy to do. When testing the audio, I noticed there was a very long delay in getting the communications back to my cell phone and my response back to the person standing at my front door was over a minute lag. In most cases, the person would have dropped off the package, got in their car and driven away, it was that long to respond. In searching the net for answers on why the long lag time, it appears that Netgear pushed a firmware update in May of this (2018) and since then, tons of people have the same problem. Netgear is telling every single user it is their internet bandwidth and NOT THEIR PROBLEM. Lastly, as of October 2018, Arlo has separated from Netgear and they are no longer supporting the product. If I was smart, I'd toss it in the trash and start over with a different product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No Phone Support There is no support number to call. Extremely frustrating because you have to use the support community to see if anyone can provide an answer. My live feed is failing and there is nobody to call about it.
