How do I prepare it: Preheat convection oven to 390F/electric or gas oven to 400F. On a parchment-lined or silicone-lined baking sheet, defrost the frozen brie for 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake until golden brown for 40 to 50 minutes; cook thoroughly to 165F. Let cool for 30 minutes.
