Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wife loves the chair but....... The chair is great. It works as advertised with one exception. When shipped the remote control was damaged. We were sent a one time replacement. If you even tap the screen on the remote it goes black. Now the replacement is black and this time its a $200 replacement fee. Chair works but you have no idea how to set it up. shame...…...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Remote screen blown twice - no resolution I can’t begin to say how disappointed I am in QVC for their ongoing support of a chair that obviously does not represent the quality I’m used to receiving for my QVC purchases. The screen on the remote for this chair has blown twice resulting in my inability to select messages, control times, or control functions. I truly feel cheated out of money and time with the purchase of this chair. The customer service with QVC has been great but their association with the third party vendor supplying the chair should end due to the ongoing remote issues presented by multiple reviewers. I’ve been a loyal and happy customer of QVC’s and HATE writing such a negative review. However, BUYER BEWARE of your risk with this expensive purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! Received this chair on December 9 so I’ve had plenty of opportunity to use it and believe me, I’ve used it. My husband and I each take at least two sessions a day. It is fantastic, we love Cherry! It is so relaxing. Our delivery was fantastic. They took packaging away, placed chair where we wanted it and put it together. The delivery service will vary by the policies of the delivery company near you. Also after only having the chair a couple of weeks WE broke the remote Daiwu replaced it and did so quickly. We had placed it in the pocket then when someone went to get up from chair, the pocket located on the arm was leaned on and the screen cracked. Slight design flaw in the chair. We no longer put the remote in that pocket. I would buy this chair again. So happy we got it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT FOR ME I PURCHASED THIS CHAIR BUT IT'S NOT FOR ME IN MY CONDITION. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SPINE, DON'T ORDER THIS CHAIR. IT IS HARD ON THE BACK. IT MADE MY BACK HURT. THE ROLLERS ARE HARD ON YOUR SPINE. ON 1 MODE IT EVEN HURT MY FEET. AND THERE'S ANOTHER MODE THAT MADE THE FEET FEEL GOOD. ANOTHER THING, I FEEL IT'S OVER-PRICED. I HAD TO PACK IT UP AND RETURN IT. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT DON'T GET RID OF THE BIG BOX AND PACKAGING JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO RETURN IT. WE HAD A PROBLEM FINDING A BIG BOX TO SEND IT BACK. ALSO THIS CHAIR IS VERY HEAVY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS CHAIR TO ANYONE WHO ALREADY HAS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SPINE. MARMARGAR, CALIFORNIA

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Chair When the remote works! I ordered this chair for my husband. It took close to a month for us to receive it. After the first day of use the remote messed up. It took another week and a half for Daiwa to ship us another remote. We have had no other issues until today and the remote screen blew again! The chair is awesome but for this price the remote should be better and not need to be replaced twice in a month. We haven't dropped of mistreated the remote. We set it and place it back into it's pocket. Hopefully the next remote will not be an issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This Chair Is Nice- I Recommend It. I have had this chair for a month now. First off, let me speak on delivery, because the reviews vary on this topic. I had no issues with the company delivering and putting it where I needed it. They were fantastic and it was delivered quickly. The chair is substantial and was difficult to get inside because of doorways. My doors swing in the wrong direction to get correct angle to get chair through. After removing bottom rubber stands from chair was able to get indoors. This chair could not go through my inside doorways or hit certain angles, so it is in my living room. That is not ideal, but when living in pain, I don’t care where it is. Just beware of chair measurements and your doorways. The foot rest is heavy and can be difficult to assemble if you are not able to lift. My husband struggled a tad but got it on. As for the chair and it’s massage. It works great, no issues once you realize what works best for you. My favorite feature is the foot massager. I love it- it is awesome. I am also in love with this chairs ability to massage your glutes. I have lumbar issues where that area is not structurally sound and spasms a lot. This helps with relaxing the muscles. Is this chair a cure all - no, But it helps a lot. I highly recommend this product if you can afford to buy one.
