What is it: Blotting paper infused with vitamins C and E, plus ultra-absorbent sheer powder. Each sheet eliminates shine without disturbing your makeup. The result: re-energized, moisturized skin in a flash.

Who is it for: Anyone who wants to maintain healthy-looking skin on the go.

Why is it different: These blotting papers are ultra-lightweight and infused with vitamins.

How do I use it: Tear a sheet from the booklet and press paper firmly over skin, concentrating on areas with excess oil. Use as needed and discard after each use. One sheet will be enough for the entire face. Can be used over makeup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Is My Speed I am makeup application challenged. I have tried many of the makes sold on QVC and elsewhere. I just can't seem to get it right. I always use blotting paper because of my T-zone. Before I apply a foundation I use blotting paper. I love the C+E papers. They give me a matted glow to serve as a foundation. I got A335477 the blush paper (studio city) and love them. These two make a perfect base makeup for me, because I do not like to wear a lot in this humid South Florida heat. I am 64. so I thought A335479, the foundation would work. I just couldn't get it right. And each time I would have to use my Tarte bamboo brush to smooth it out. I am African America and light brown skin. In most make up brands I use medium, tan or beige. The golden glow was a good color on me. However, I sent it back.
