The Perfect bag!
This rolling backpack is just what I’ve been looking for. It holds more than you can imagine and is so easy to roll. I would recommend it to everyone who loves to travel.

LOVES IT!!
The design is great! Sturdy little carry on. Pockets EVERYWHERE keep me organized during trips! Even pockets ON pockets! The extension handle has two positions for length. And the strap on the back let’s me stack it on my other bags!

I bought this suitcase a few years ago in walnut. I can definitely fit 3-4 days of clothing in there with packing cubes. I have no problems with mine! I also bought the lug mini PJ 3 backpack in walnut as a personal item. I’m ready to fly.

I Love It!
I’m a frequent business traveler and I use this bag ALL THE TIME! I love that it doesn’t tip over, has tons of pockets, and the wheels just gliiiide! I was previously using a hard side carry on but I love the side pockets for bottled water in the airport and I love that there’s a pocket in front for my travel chargers that I just always leave in there because I’m a frequent traveler. If you pack it too full, it can puff out too much to fit in the overhead compartment of a plane. Love the zippers! They seem strong. Something that would be great to include with a suitcase is a zipper dirty laundry bag that’s washable. I’d love to have a matching lug one!!

Terribly disappointed
This bag wasn't what I expected from Lug. There's very little room and no luggage straps. I'd say this suitcase would be better suited for a child than an adult. The price is way too high. It should only be priced for about a fourth of what it costs. The handle is flimsy, wheels won't roll on carpet, and there's no structure. The fabric just caves in at the top. I purchased the suitcase for a business trip to Washington, DC but decided to use a luggage set purchased from your sister channel.

Why is this $11 cheaper than the identical F13219?
I love lug products! BUT I don’t understand why my suitcase in black is $11 less expensive than the identical F13219 also in black.....as far as I can see IDENTICAL! At any rate, I just used it on 2 trips and it performed beautifully. I was able to pack with room to spare for a 3 day 2 night stay, it fit in the overhead nicely and wheeled through the airport nicely. I agree with the others that the handle feels a little wonky which makes me worry for durability (which is why 4 not 5 stars) but wonky or not, it’s doing the job! QVC I’D LOVE AN EXPLANATION ON THE PRICE DIFFERENCE ON TWO IDENTICAL ITEMS!!!

I bought this luggage a few years ago in the flamingo print really loved it at first I have only used it maybe 5 times today on my holiday trip I pulled up the telescoping handle one side of the handle snapped off making it unusable for the price lug should have used a better quality handle

This bag does not work for more than 3 days
What a disappointment this luggage is! You can not use this for a true vacation at all. Having to stuff everything in is very stressful!!! What a waste of money-
