Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised!!! I just received this bag today and am pleasantly surprised by it. I didn't think it looked very flattering on t.v. but I really wanted to try this backpack out. I'm glad I did!!! The straps are comfy, the hardware doesn't dig in to the skin, and it looks a lot nicer in person. I got the Dragonfly Navy. So happy I took a risk on this Lug bag!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not made well I bought this and the long passport holder in dot for a Disney trip. Well, the bag ripped at seam (pulled) first day I wore it. I didn’t even have anything heavy in it but a water bottle and some Baby clothes. The zipper broke right off the wallet/passport holder at airport. I am not happy at all. I can’t return it because I bought it a while ago and saved it for the trip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it the product is very good in high quality it just seems like the seams along the edge are already coming undone. I use my bag on a day-to-day basis and especially on bicycle rides and day events. But love the bag and color

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST BACKPACK EVER I bought this backpack because we were going on vacation to Disney I wish I had tried it out before we left. it is too flimsy. The threads inside kept coming unraveled and getting caught in the zipper and we needed to keep cutting it!!! I wish I could return it but it has been more than 30 days!!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ripped at seam. I have several lug bags and love them all, but this bag is made of thin material. It started pulling apart at the top seam the first time I used it. Unfortunately it was after the 30 day return policy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wished it had a cell phone pocket I used this on my recent trip to Alaska and it worked great. Packed easily and holds a lot. The only thing I missed was the cell phone pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much better then I expected! This bag is everything.....Light weight, cute and durable fabric, padded shoulder straps, some organization with pockets, and it folds up into it's own front pocket. I have used this bag for day trips on vacation, events around town, attending kids games, the pool, the beach, and shopping at the Farmer's Market. It's just so perfect. I now own 4 of them to match some of my luggage pieces and have given as gifts. Great bag!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not sure it will hold up First, let me say that I am not a backpack person. I bought this because it was lightweight and I wanted to test it before our 3 week Europe vacation next year. I bought the plaid so hubby would use it as well. I've just returned from a 19-day cross country road trip. Used a carryon suitcase and this backpack for the trip. PROS: lightweight, outside pockets were useful even when I thought they'd be too small for items. Fits a small purse, a laptop, a jacket, kindle, hubby's book, bag of snacks, medications and more. Could probably fit 2 days worth of clothes. CONS: 1. The water bottle slots on the sides are useless. Not sure what size bottle they are targeted for, but a 16 oz. bottle kept falling out. My small foldable umbrella kept falling out of the other side. They need to be higher and have a pull string or something to better secure items. Otherwise, I stuck a blowup travel pillow in the slot. 2. The seam inside the main compartment kept fraying and getting caught in the zipper the whole time I was gone. I can't imagine that they didn't bind the seam someway and if they did it's cheaply done. (This backpack is made in China). 3. The larger outside compartment on the bottom could use a dual zipper so that you can easily open it. Currently, it only has a single zipper that you have to reach across and grab to open. I'm not sure it will hold up for another 3 weeks on the road changing hotels frequently next year mainly due to the seam fraying. Do they test these products before offering them?
