Lois Hill Sterling Silver & 18K Gold Textile Weave Oval Ring is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from To expensive! The ring is well made but is not what I was expecting. Since lois hill is an artist and I know her pieces from past work I thought it will be more substantial with the silver specially the bottom part of the ring. Moreover for the price is ask for. Not a keeper for me. Back will go!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn’t Feel Like Lois Hill The ring is gorgeous!! It looks as if it should be more substantial. I own Lois Hill jewelry and it is very substantial. This ring is lightweight compared to other rings in her collection. I just don’t see the value in this ring, but it is beautiful, just wish it could have worked for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice.... but too costly for just 'nice' got this ring today - I ordered size 10 - the ring on my ring sizer stick is a size 10 1/4 - not a big deal - but just wanted to give that info - on my gram scale, it weighs 12.7 grams - for a ring of this price and scale (it is just shy of 1 1/4 inch long), that is not a very solidly weighted piece - in my opinion, this ring should weigh at least twice that amount - the ring is top heavy - not balanced at all - the back of the ring band and lower shank of the ring, is puny thin for a ring that is so long and high on top - and that costs this much - it is mostly sterling after all - and for the center oval 18k yellow gold, the color is not as deep a gold color as you would think - I compared the gold color to some Italian solid 18k yellow gold rings I have... not even close - the gold color on this ring pales in comparison - it looks like 14k - a dull 14k yellow color actually - to me, the gold does not stand out in the ring - its not a bright yellow that shows the contrast between silver and gold - its just way too dull and light of a color - hard to believe its solid 18k actually - just stating the facts - the ring seems hollow in some places - a disappointment for a ring this costly - and while it is nice, the scroll work is pretty - it just does not present itself as a ring that costs this much - not a good value in my opinion - I will be returning it immediately - I am glad I tried it - and saw it for myself - I have no regrets in returning it - it just costs too much for a ring that I am not wild about - honestly, the gold color is the deal breaker for me - its such a light color of yellow and so dull, it does not seem to be such a high end piece - someone would think its a very nice fake yellow gold plated knock off - sorry to feel that way, but its just not a keeper - and I feel the ring could not take any hard use, that it would ding easily - 12 grams for over 900 dollars with tax and shipping? ugh - not good - the square shape lois hill ring for 300 dollars is just as nice and you don't miss the dull gold color at all - plus you save at least 600 bucks if you get the square one instead - I just really cannot recommend this ring, I am sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I ordered my usual size for my ring finger and it fits beautifully. So glad I purchased this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous! This ring is not for the faint of heart. It is large and stands out in a beautiful way. My usual size fits perfectly and the ring is balanced so that it does not turn. The domed gold piece has some height, but not too much. It is very comfortable. If I had to find a negative, it would be that the bottom of the band seems rather thin, but perhaps that adds to the comfort. The two tone effect is very apparent, as the gold and silver have a nice contrast. The LH scroll is very well defined. A keeper!
