Rated 1 out of 5 by from A Lose, lose for me. Returning this for many reasons. Brush that reviewers state is included, wasn't with my order. The color is tooo bright, dry, no place for brush, and not sticking my finger in to apply--so unsanitary. This actually burned my lips. I"m sticking to top-rated Drugstore brand and Macy's to try on for color/consistancy. An expensive lesson since this costs over $12.00 shipping to return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oxymoron is perfect lip color application for me! I love Poppy's lipsticks, but her Oxymoron Matte Glosses are the perfect application style for me! I love matte but have trouble applying it correctly with lipsticks and refuse to use a lip pencil. The matte/gloss works so great for me! I use my finger so I don't need the little brush. I use all four colors, depending on what I'm wearing. Please continue the Oxymoron, Poppy, and add more colors!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Application The Oxymoron Matte gloss is super moist but not sticky or gooey. It comes in a nice little compact, I think the very tiny brush would be hard to find and I even use the purse organizers. Also, the color Minor Crisis was too dark for me. It's pretty, but it's a more medium pink. I tend to wear more subtle shades as close to my lip color as possible and lighter shades of pinks and violets do well for me. Peaches, md to dk pinks, reds and browns do not compliment me. I have blonde hair and a light to medium skin color. Great product if you can find the right color for you. I found my perfect colors in the LQ Chinatown-Mystery was great alone and natural or with the Big Bang-Infinite on top for a pop. All three products are amazing. I only rated the Oxymoron 4 stars because of the brush, so lipstick alone is great, just gotta figure out convenient application.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I purchased the Minor Crisis. It is a perfect color for me - an almost nude, slightly pinker than my lip tone. I use it as a blush and as a gloss over a very matte Sephora lipstick that needs a little moistening. Staying power is excellent, and I did not experience any drying of my lips. I highly recommend Poppy King's lip products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Natural Color I purchased the "Minor Crisis" & love the shade. It is a warm rosey pink & looks so natural on the lips & cheeks. I am very fair & the color looks like it was custom made for me. I like the consistency of gloss & wearability. For evening wear, I did put Mally's crystal clear gloss over it & it looked great this way to. It would be really helpful if there was a brief description of each color so I can buy more!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shade not what I expected, but good product I ordered this in the shade called "Free Ride." Based on the color swatch, I expected a beige-y nude shade. The actual color is brighter than I expected, with some definite warm rose and peachy tones to it. I do like the color... it's similar to the color of my natural lips but with an orange/peach hue. I don't *love* the color only because I tend to like lighter, cooler nude shades, but I am really impressed with the product otherwise. It comes with a stiff little lip brush, so precision application is really easy (you can also use your fingers) and it stays on nicely. You get a lot of product for the price. The color is dense and a little bit goes a long way. It wears nicely without getting gummy as long as you put on a light coat. It's not a dry matte at all, but rather a moist, slightly matte finish that is very pretty. Overall I think this is a great product, but I do wish it came in a lighter, more neutral beige toned shade. Poppy, I'm keeping this one but can you introduce a true light nude shade? :)
