Linksys AC3200 Dual-Band Smart Wi-Fi Router is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 297.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great speed and features But UNRELIABLE Loved the router for a week or so, quite simply the 2.4Ghz Radios are not reliable, the features are excellent and this thing is fast with also good range. This is my second one. Same exact problem. Linksys doesnt seem to offer any solution, for years I have been changing firmwares with no success.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could be great, but no support from Linksys TL;DR The WRT3200ACM doesn't work. Get the Asus RT-AX86U for the same price and don't look back. I've owned Linksys routers for 10+ years because they've been great and I love the Linksys Smart WiFi interface. This one however has been nothing but trouble right from the start. The biggest issue is that the 5GHz band randomly stops working until the router is restarted. This wouldn't be a huge deal if it was every once in a while, but it happens 5-10 times EVERY DAY. I did some looking online and I'm not the only one with this issue, in fact, it seems pretty widespread. What's worse is that if the router is flashed with OpenWrt the problem is fixed. And how is a potential fix an issue? It means that the problem is caused by faulty software and could be fixed via a firmware update at any time! The lack of support from Linksys is the ultimate downfall of this router. The WRT3200ACM was released in 2016 and since then there have been a total of 10 firmware updates. To put that in perspective, the Asus RT-AC68U (released in 2013) has had 9 firmware updates THIS YEAR. In my opinion, this lack of support is unacceptable. I've switched over to the Asus RT-AX86U and haven't had any problems so far. To anyone considering this router, steer clear. The Asus RT-AX86U is the same price, has WiFi 6, and will save you countless headaches and hours of troubleshooting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Decent Product This is the best performing router I've purchased, except for one problem. The routing capability (wired and WiFI) works very well, requiring relatively few reboots. WiFi speed and coverage are very good, though not quite as good as I first bought it. Since that time, I've accumulated many WiFi devices which all connect to it, which is likely contributing to the slightly slower speeds. The problem with this model (at least) is almost all of the front LED indicators have burned out. Only the wired channel LEDs are lit. The other LEDs have done a slow-fade over time and have now all gone out (owned router for a little over 3 years). I've read where many other owners of this router have experienced this same defect. I will be looking at other brands for my next purchase of WiFi router due to this. I can't fully recommend this product to others, though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk! I spent a lot of money on this product and it won't keep connecting to the USB drive. I've called linksys at least 8 times about this problem. Buy a Netgear!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ok, when it works I purchased 5 months ago, had to call for help to set up. Would not recognize mac address. Once it got up working it was fine, but went down and lost connection with modem again and they helped me get it back up. this has happened multiple times in the 5 months I have had it and support for most part has been good until the last time. Finally got working. Do have to also say that I have 700 mbps at modem and 80 and 190 on the bands of this router.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Router I have had this router for a year. The router continues to under perform. The software from linksys speedtest needs adobe flash but that isn't supported anymore. You can't find interface issues like bad cables. You have 4 antenna that move around but no way to test what the best position is. No wifi mapping software to help in placement. Plus how do you pick the best available channel? You can try to let the router do it but there is no method to see what is used in your area. You might think the network map features shows you devices and WIFI but it is just a glorified cloud view of devices on your network. The parental controls allow specific site blocking by device but not category. How many different ways can someone put po-rn? To block for children and you need to maintain manually! [INSANE]. You want to prioritize Voice over IP, you will need to add port configuration. Drop down for common apps isn't there. What if you have many devices on your network well you can only have 3 devices of priority. I have probably 10 linksys routers over the years and I have experience heat issues and used open source. I am frustrated with their lack of ingenuity and ability to lead with features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast Reliable Router [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this router about 1 year ago and it has been very reliable for all network. User friendly linksys app to see what is on your network and to modify and adjust all setting via your mobile phone or cpu. LOve it and its ease of setup and use is well worth its price tag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two Years Old and Still Working Great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of us have been working from home due to the pandemic. Video conference calls, lots of emails, and then streaming multiple devices. This router has taken it all and is still working just as well as the day I installed it!
