Lenovo 15.6" Legion Gaming Laptop - i7, 8GB, 1TB HDD & Vouche is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really shouldnt be giving it 3 stars Here are the pros with this laptop. It is VR Ready the Specs are really good and the price is going to be your best bet if your looking for a gaming/vr laptop Now for the cons with this laptop. If you want the performance that you think your paying for you need to upgrade it out of the box. You need to install m.2 SSD and another 8gigs of ram. That being said they made really easy to do those things and the cost is not to bad. My total upgrade cost was about $130.00. Now installing is one thing and getting the laptop to recognize the M.2 card you need to know what your doing. It takes a lot bios changes to make it happen. My number one issue with it and fingers crossed is the battery problem I have had before and after the upgrades. I have never been able to run it off the battery. I'm hoping its just a setting but I'm thinking not, as soon as its unplugged it dies completely. I have had this laptop for a week or so at this point and I already have a trouble ticket in for thee battery. With all that said it is a good value for the specs you paying paying for. I will tell you this if you think you can wait on the upgrades I mentioned above your wrong it is slow as a snail the way it comes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Legion Y520 GTX 1060 Well where do I begin, the laptop while its running Games is FREAKING AWESOME!! Thing is out of game the laptop is extremely slow!! so slow your not even sure anything is going on. The Disc stays at 100% so it seems like there is a football team all using the same computer at the same time "SLOW". but things did not stop there.. The laptop is only 1 week old and the 1TB HDD Has Failed! it is no longer booting Guys! so now here I am with a brand new broken laptop !! >_> so embarrassing when I was ranting about how well my laptop was running on games. it freezes every 1-2 hours. and the HDD has a driver to be updated but the laptops bios doesn't match the HDD driver so it won't upgrade it so you are running a 2006/21/06 on a 2017 laptop.. with all updated bios and firmware.. soon enough BLOOP! there goes your hdd in less than a week... thats a record I mean a real record.
