Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Purchase EVER This is my least favorite purchase from QVC. The presentation and description made it look better than it is in person. I have given the equipment months in hopes that I would start to enjoy it, however, I should have immediatly returned it. DO NOT ORDER unless you have tried this type of machine in person. The seat is horribly uncomfortable, it is difficult to get used to and nearly impossible to enjoy. I replaced it with a very cheap basic exercise bike that I LOVE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RECOMMEND for quick home workout In between my gym sessions and yoga studios, this machine really offers the ability to squeeze in quick workouts that I know my body is feeling the efficacy. It comes with 12 minute workout videos included but honestly, I only need about 2 to 3 minutes on it to start feeling my muscles working (core, thighs, and even the upper body). Very much recommend this. There's nothing I've tried that moves the way this does, and I regularly research health and wellness products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very UNCOMFORTABLE The seat angle does not accommodate the average male or female posterior.. The horn part of the seat is too high and causes pain after a few minutes of exercise. Called Body Rider, there is no better seat available. It is a well designed machine, rugged heavy duty but a torture after few minutes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice but its not worth $399.98 price pros it does give your abs good work out its better the a bike or elliptical but it is not gym quality as mentioned in the on air presentation it your basic type from department store. cons first time i rode this the caps that cover the pedal crank arm fell out but i glued them in had no problem since. after about a week started hearing cracking noise from handle bar neck one of the mounting screws stripped out replaced that so far working OK . till you get use to this bike your putting a lot of force on the handle bars that's why it stripped out. over all it would be great at $250.00 or less not worth $399.98 i paid
