Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not meet expectations This particular product from Le Creuset was not up to my expectations based on my other purchase from them. I use an induction top and I tried all different temps and could not get satisfactory results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grew To Love This! At first I hated this pan until I learned how to use it properly. The first time I cooked I made such a mess that I was turned off by the clean up. Now it’s easy breezy. I just soak it (not long) and use a scrub brush and in a few minutes it looks brand new! Also, my meats look and taste perfect! Don’t be turned off by the negative reviews, it’s the best way to grill indoors!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Pan! Got the pan for a birthday gift & use it all the time. Pre-heated in the oven it makes frozen pizza really crispy. Use it on the grill outside for steaks & shrimp. Best way to use is heat the pan first & then add some oil, then the food. I find it rinses clean & wipes off very easily. I think that people that don't like this pan aren't using it correctly. After it's seasoned the first few times, you really don't even need oil--food becomes naturally non-stick. Yes, it is an investment--but it is totally worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Performance & Cleanup Used this once for pancakes. Pan was preheated and got uncooked white rings on the outside of the pancakes. Uneven cooking and butter stained the surface. Simply cannot remove the stain. Subsequent uses result in food sticking regardless of pre heating or coating with olive oil or butter. Too late to return. Will not buy any more of this coated cast iron. Going back to the black Vintage cast iron skillet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grill Love this grill, nice grill marks on meats. Surprised about complaints regarding clean up. Mine cleans so easily with textured sponge. I use mine frequently and very happy with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't love it I own MANY pieces of LeCreuset - bought my first one ( flame ) in the late 70's after seeing that's what Julia Child was using ! I have most sizes of the Dutch ovens ( don't use anything else ) and a couple braisers - love them and make most of my dinners in them ! These are not my favorites- in my opinion they are hard to clean and I just didn't like the performance ! I suppose if you use a lot of oil maybe they would be better - but I don't want to use that much oil ! Disappointed in these !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Purchase I bought a grill and griddle and they work great. My only issue is that the edges are rough. I called Customer Service and mine are not defective. When I zoomed in on the pictures, I saw that is how they are made. A bit disappointing, but kept both. We use the grill more often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Le Creuset I think you have to learn how to use Le creuset to appreciate it. 1. You don't have to crank it up to high. Used on a lower heat it sears and releases with ease. If yours has a smooth bottom the dark leftover bits are used to scrape up to enhance flavor. It's good to use a veggie spray once it has heated and after cleaning. Yes there is a little pampering but it will last generations if properly taken care of. It's an investment.
