not happy
got this pot & it was chipped. sent it back & have not received a new one yet. this was 1 1/2 months ago.

Very Unhappy
This pot was not the size I wanted so I returned it the day after receiving it to the Post Office...I have never received any refund, and on line the status shows no return ha been started. I used the return label from the order form provided by QVC. I have attempted to call customer service 4 times, and i am put on hold and no live person ever comes on line. I am so frustrated with this shoddy way of treating a long time customer. I sent an email tonight, I doubt I will get an answer, but I do not know how else to resolve this issue.

Great Pot, Never Received.
Ordered and the label was not printed until two days after purchase. Then the tracking number was issued. It was supposed to be delivered 10/31 but it’s 11/25 and never received. :( UPS had it in Ohio last tracking. Then, it vanished. Very disappointed!

ALOT OF POT!!
This stockpot is huge! I got the Coastal Blue. My husband made chili in it. It's substantial and does not burn when cooking in it. It's nice!

Pay Attention To Description
Beautiful Coral Blue color. No chips or flaws observed. Browned meat, cooked vegetables well and fond released completely. No wine stain or residue on enamel after clean up. This is not Le Creuset cookware I am accustom to but my fault for not reading the description closer. This is enamel over steel made in Thailand, not cast iron as with the better quality Le Creuset made in France. This stockpot can only be used on top of the stove, not in the oven. Like size and free shipping so I will keep and hope it holds up. Changes my opinion of Le Creuset as a high quality cookware manufacturer.
