Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT Happy ! I would return this item, but I ordered it for my husband to use for the 4th of July family BBQ. The smoker is dented across the top. The door does not shut correctly and we had to put a rock against it to keep it closed. Pay the extra money for better quality product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never got hot enough I was very impressed with the time it took from placing the order until I received this smoker. It arrived in good shape and was very simple to assemble. Only took about 15 minutes. Then the problem arose. When I tried to "burn it in" it only got to 200 degrees. Since I'd gotten it to use for Memorial Day I went ahead and tried to use it. With two pork butts it only got to 190 degrees. Took nearly 15 hours to get the meat to an internal temp of 190. Pretty ridiculous. Sending it back. Already ordered the 30" model. QVC's customer service is fantastic!.
