LG TONE Flex Bluetooth Wireless Headset is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 48.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst LG headset experience ever I have wore HBS headsets since LG put them out and have loved everyone...Until yesterday when I received the HBS-XL7. What a disappointment. 1 button for ON/OFF, Pause, Answer, Play that does not work most of the time. I can get it to Answer sometimes and it does turn on and off when held down. We have lost the ability to redial last number, unless that too has been delegated to the single multifunction button previously mentioned. The flex band is actually good and something that I would have considered a true upgrade to my previously GREAT LG HBS headsets. I noted this multi button approach is being used on their other newer models and I don't expect I would be happy with them either. So the sad news for me is that I must now begin the search for a new bluetooth headset provider for my phone that can be used seamlessly between the phone and music functions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't make calls or send text messages [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this and though it has some great features like translating, retractable earbuds, flex ability and long battery life: it is unfortunate that the call function is ridiculously impossible to use and in most cases unusable. it is only calling one phone number, and unable to scroll through the others that were added to the table. Every time you try to use the text messages it continually tells you to update and there are no new updates available for the app to use text and phone features. This is set to work with Google Assistant my phone is a Google pixel, yet it still does not work with text messages and calls. Original LG headset was much better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Headset I've had this headset for just about a year now. It has impressive durability compared to other headsets I've owned thanks to its flexability. The most important feature to me is the dual connection feature. I've had other headsets that can connect to two devices at the same time, but with these it's seamless to both devices, where as it was always a struggle to get both devices to connect with others. My only disappointment is after barely a year, the battery only lasts a couple of hours now on a full charge, it easily lasted a full day when new.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY! I got this about a year ago. The spring on one side is spoiled and the wire keeps retracting which makes it completely useless to use. I am extremely disappointed with this product. The previous LG bluetooth ear phones were much better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Designed to Fail I bought this 11 months ago for its retracting ear pods feature, suspecting that it would not last. The sound is good for spoken word, but not for music. Its ear pods and wires are less visible than similar headphones and can be worn while sleeping on one's side, but do not block the ambient noise. Its narrow and flexible crescent is also a desired feature. A month ago, one of the springs broke and fails to retract one of the ear pods.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Randomly Shuts Off?? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG headset before I bought the Tone Flex and for the most part it was great. I bought the HBS-XL7 and they aren't awful, but there is one major flaw. They just randomly shut off. It could be mid conversation, it could be when they are just connected but not being used. You never know! Otherwise I have no problem. They are comfortable and the sound is fine; but the shutting down issue is a deal breaker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound! I've purchased these headphones 3 times now. I've tried other ear buds that either wont stay in my Ears or just dont sound good. I love my LG's, they stay in and sound great. Easy to use as well! Yes I suggest them to anyone who appreciates great sound!!
