Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kinda Cool Admittedly this is an extra (unnecessary) gizmo for my Kitchen Aid mixer, but it really is pretty cool. Used it for the first time today and found set up pretty easy and the results pretty good for a novice. The instructions are a little confusing (which is the food holder and which is the cucumber/zucchini attachment - and why don't you use it for other vegetables, too?) - but really not too bad. A couple of things ... the more uniform the vegetable sides, the better, at least if you want long sheets (this is probably obvious), and also mind the instructions about the 4.5" length of the veggie, because sometimes it can be hard to get the core off the skewer otherwise. But I like it so far and have no complaints about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! It did take some getting use to so read the directions well. I love using it on cucumbers and zucchini for wraps. It is fun trying to figure out new things to try. Great for anyone who likes cooking and trying new things! A definite great add for the Kitchen aid attachments and the easy pay helped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition to my KitchenAid attachments I have been having so much fun using my Vegetable Sheet Cutter and trying recipes using veggies instead of pasta. I used zucchini instead of pasta in lasagna, yum, it was fantastic! My grandsons love apples in sheets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspired Some New Dishes & So Much Fun! I love my KitchenAid mixer and all the fantastic attachments. It makes anyone a better baker and better cook. This cutter is great fun and makes beautiful ribbons of veggie "noodles." I made zucchini "tamales" my first time out and they were a big hit. I'm not sure why all the fussing about "waste" from some reviewers. I save the "cores" and odd-shapes to add to the soup pot, so nothing's wasted. KitchenAid always posts instructional videos and YouTubers go nuts with all kinds of ideas. I'm making an all-veggie lasagna next. What will they come up with next, I wonder?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returning the Sheet Cutter This looked like a great tool and easy to use when presented. It's not. The instructions are poorly written and it is difficult to set-up to have a decent sheet. There is also a lot of waste. I am returning it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend I LOVE THIS THING. I have made grain-free lasagna with zucchini noodles several times and my family loves it! (see pic in comment of a zucchini I cut into sheets with it) Its easy too...just cut and assemble and bake. The lady on QVC grills her zucchini sheets to dry it out slightly..I just make a thick Bolognese sauce and it works out perfect. You don't miss the pasta. I made sweet potato chips with it and my air fryer too. Watch the video on qvc of it in action. I am 80% paleo/primal for the past few months now. I don't have issues with grains except that as I get older it has been causing weight gain and fatigue. I lost 15 pounds giving up grains. I was worried about giving up pasta..because I made it homemade and we love this, we don't miss the pasta not being in it.
